Daughter ordered a pair of boots and couldn't cancel in time for the next payment came through with no merchandise! When cancelling the subscription, I got a lot of pressure to keep the membership. Finally, after cancelling, I asked for a refund of $39.95. I got the typical, "our policy is..." Oh you have a policy so you can keep money for nothing and that is right?

First of all, there's no actual savings. VIP members ONLY and I mean ONLY save money when they sign up for that membership when they make that initial purchase. Thereafter, the prices SELF-ADJUST and you will be paying FULL PRICE ALWAYS THEREAFTER, regardless of said "VIP membership." The membership does not actually get you any special deals, any sales or any discounts WHATSOEVER. You only save money the first purchase. If you don't believe me, open two browsers and look for yourself. Next, their shoes DO NOT RUN ACCURATELY TO SIZE, ARE CHEAPLY MADE AND I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S THE SAME SUBPAR QUALITY YOU CAN GET FOR A LOT LESS MONEY ON ALIEXPRESS. If you want to return something, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee - even if it's defective or damaged. Their points system is a joke and you can get the same stuff from Wish for a third of the price. Their quality is SO bad, for less money per pair you can get a high end brand from Macy's or Nordstrom if you shop the sales. The Just Fab / Shoedazzle (they are owned by the same company) styles must cater to ghetto gangsters because no one wears stuff like that, no one with any real style sense. The shoes are also uncomfortable and dear God, it's like the 90's cheap bright stripper shoes are alive and well on that website.

The VIP membership is 100,000% a scam. They get you to sign up with an amazing deal (I got two pairs of boots for either $20 or $30, can't remember). After that you can skip the month as many times as you want. Let's just say the $39.95 charged every month is a waste of time and you mine as well skip every month because if you actually do try to use a credit you can't use it with any of the VIP sales that go on. So they could be having a "VIP sale" of buy one get one free, and it will say credit is excluded, every time. So you want to take out $40 of my money, and then tell me how I can spend it? Not to mention state it is a VIP sale then exclude me so I have to spend that much more to participate in the sales? Tell me how that makes any good business sense at all? Just don't do it. The worst part is my favorite pair of boots from them broke after only about 4 wears. The shoes are cheap and the price is jacked wayyy up.

Long story short asked for my account to be closed. Then my monthly payment was still taken. Refunded and assured closed. Taken again! Told they do not cancel accounts by e-mail even though i have it in writing from them. Refunded but put on as a credit as my account. Avoid at all costs!

I bought a pair of boots from JustFab in October and recently found out that they have been taking $40 out of my account for the past 8 months without any permission or purchases. I have tried calling the number they leave on my account when they withdraw the money each month and cannot speak to anyone about this issue. I have finally cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one because I am fed up and don't know what else to do. I have never felt so taken advantage of and will be telling everyone I know about my horrible experience with this scam of a company! Not to mention the shoes I ordered in October were crap.

The clothes on there are cute, but very cheaply made. You could find better quality at a forever 21 for a third of the price. Also, they sell out of sizes super fast. Having to skip almost every month was a pain to remember.
My biggest gripe with this company is their terrible costumer service. I had canceled my monthly subscription through their Facebook chat but was still being charged. After realizing this and reconnecting through their website chat, I demanded a refund along with my account to actually be shut down. The entire time the person I was chatting to was completely just trying to tell me it was my fault and pressuring me to keep my account/ not take a refund. Since my money was so important to me eventually I got it.
I hope they go out of business soon.

They will say that you bought those sandals for the cheapest price but you will end up paying more because of the stupid monthly payment of $39! When you called there customer service they will say the nicest words just for you to stay as there VIP $#*! that you need to pay! And they will say that you can avoid that clicking something but thats really wrong you will not have choices! They deduct $39 from me last May I didnt notice about that and I always check my email and stuffs didnt see the mail that before the 5 days that there telling! And this June the time when I notice it, I got rally pissed! Cause instead of having discounts you will Just end up still paying more!

As I've read the rest of the reviews, I see I am only one of many who have been ripped off by this company. Never did I see when I ordered last month that there would be a monthly fee just to sign up for an account. I chatted online with a rep who kept trying to give me the runaround. Finally, he stated he'd terminated my membership and would reverse the charge on my card, BUT if there was another charge I should contact them. Why would there be another charge? There shouldn't have been one in the first place. The way they are slick about it is by saying you have until the 6th of the month to "cancel your vip membership" then they bill you immediately with no email notification whatsoever. I happened to pull it up on my bank account. It was deducted on the 7th. Fraud. Plain and simple. I'd planned on using them in the future, but they just lost a customer.

I ordered a cute pair of sandals that cost $11. I wasn't aware I was being charged $40 for the membership. It never said I had to pay $40. Or at least not clearly stated at all. I call the customer service twice and all the consultants I've talked to sound like frauds. Now I read reviews saying the company is still charging them. So I'm going to have to cancel my card. This company since I have gave them a chance has been awful sending bad product not fixing an issue when called in all they can do is refund my by a check that can take up to 12 and maybe get it before 8 weeks. Not only did they take funds that I never said they could when I would skip a month their system then says it was never processed. I faxed over bank statements to them that showed money was taken from my account. Then they don't leave notes as to what they are going to refund so you don't get what was told to you. This company told me that I had 3 credits in which aren't really credit you prepaid for those services. If I had paid for something and wasn't happy with it I could either return the item and exchange it not here you can't. Then if you don't use the credits I guess you just eat that amount once you cancel your account. I will never shop anything that has to do with this comapny.

Horrible online store! They reeled me in with the first pair of shoes for $10 and the shoes didnt even fit me right! Horrible! I forgot to skip the first 2 months because you only get 5 days to do so! Horrible! With the credit I accrued I tried to look for items to buy, but everything is overpriced or the style is just not cute (well at least to me)! Horrible! My plan was to use up my credits and then call in to cancel, but Ive been busy that I didnt have a chance to call. Horrible! So the next month comes and I try to skip the month using my cellphone because Im out of town and the website is horrible to navigate! Horrible! I was on vacation so of course I forget. They charged me this morning while I was getting ready and running late for work, I decide to just call then and there because Im just tired of it! Horrible! First you get an operator asking for your phone number and of course they didn't recognize my number so I have to wait to speak to a representative. Horrible! They put me on hold for 10 minutes, which is not bad. Then Eunice answered and tried to convince me to keep my account and went into a huge spiel, I didn't budge. At the end of the phone call I got my $39.95 refund for the month that they just charged and canceled my membership. Never again! Horrible!

I registered with them and made a purchase. I wasnt aware that when youre a VIP member you have to pay £35 each month. I contacted them asking to cancel my membership and they said that I am not able to cancel it because Ive made a purchase but if I skip each month, then I wont be charged. Ive skipped my first month and few days later got charged £35. I contacted them and they kept apologising saying that apparently if you do it through phone it doesnt work and they will issue me a refund. No refund has been issued so Ive opened a dispute with PayPal. Theyve already stopped any future transactions with JustFab but Im still waiting on my refund. Also Ive returned an item back and its been a while and I still havent got my refund back for the shoes. Stay well clear from this website, absolutely scam. Unless youre happy to pay £35 a month for absolutely nothing.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
