I tried to cancel my first order and membership after I read all those reviews. Luckily my order status is still Pending showed in my account. Then I connected to a live chat through Help & Contact. First, a staff chatted with me I immediately. However, she asked me to wait for an consultant to manage a cancellation. I waited for around 10 minutes, a consultant seemed very helpful to serve. She eagerly gave me $10 extra credit in my account, in order to make me keep the membership. Dont get trapped again with just $10. I refused and successfully cancel everything. I just dont like the shady and crafty policy they hide. Who would keep shopping at one store every month, or keep checking the same website to skip the month every month? It is the most ridiculous shopping website I have ever seen!
They do not say when you buy your first pair that they will charge you $39 per month. I was charged $39 within 5 days of buying my first pair at the promotional price. Tried callibg to cancel the membership and after hearing me fine on tge phone, suddenly ehen I said cancel, the person kept saying... you're phone is off, i cant hear you. I waited an hour to even talk with someone. Finally, i called my bank and cancelled my card. This is an absolute scam. The boots i bought dont have any padding in the sole. Very uncomfortable. Please, please be very careful.

I legit JUST set up an account, about an hour ago, and they had a sale your 1st pair is for $10.00. I SPENT THE ENTIRE HOUR LOOKING FOR JUST ONEEE PAIR OF HEELS, trying to figure out how to add it to the bag, while time is running out and its about to be $62.00. They DONT tell you the shoe is sold out for the moment, so I kept wondering why my "select size" wouldn't do anything for me. So I tried looking for different heels. Same thing. I went thru about 7 heels, and none of them were in my size. NONE! But it doesn't tell you, I had to add them to favorites and then I saw it, ACCIDENTLY. It doesn't show you how to cash out or anything. Theres no directions for newcomers on how to move around the website, nothing. You don't understand how pissed I am I missed $10.00 hells, I was shopping for my wedding! I online shop ALL DAY, ERR DAY, and this website was awful to maneuver. I immediately deleted my account. I don't recommend unless you have like 20 kids so you'll have pure patience. Ill find another site to shop.

When you purchase something THEY CHARGE YOU EVERY MONTH 39 DOLLARS for every month you dont purchase something. And if you call THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. Im serious. Pls dont do it, ive lost too much money;_;

It's difficult to skip a month you have to remember there is only a small window to be able to skip. I had to get a manager approval to get a refund since I forgot to skip. I tried canceling once before but was pressured into staying. Then I tried canceling the next month and was pressured again but i fought it that time. I think it's crazy you need to call the cancel. Let's see if i ever get my refund and if they actually cancelled me. I did get an email confirming but I'm skeptical.

I unfortunately purchased one pair of shoes from this site without doing research first. The website neglects to explain the $40 membership fee, and before I knew it i'd been charged for three months of not using the site- $120. After calling the customer service hotline, I was refunded $80 of that initial $120. After calling a second time, they assured me i would be refunded for the third month. However, after a week, no refund was received. I called their customer service hotline for yet a third time, and spoke to a representative that claimed the refund had been issued and to take it up with my bank. After calling my bank, they let me know there was no record of the refund, and that if i didn't receive it in the next week they would file a claim and dispute it with the website. I unfortunately did a little research too late, and found many others that have had similar experiences to me. I am currently still waiting for my refund, and if it doesn't appear by the 26th i plan on filing a lawsuit for fraud. It may be only $40, but stealing money is theft no matter how you sugar coat it and they should not be allowed to get away with it!

I bought a pair of really cute espadrilles wedges, I figured it would take some time to wear them in like most shoes. Knowing this, I put two bandaids on the back of each heel to prevent blisters. I got a huge blister even with bandaids! Worst quality shoe ever.

All I did was try to buy some shoes on sale for my birthday, that's it. I did NOT sign up in any way for their VIP program, yet I was signed up for and charged $40 for 2 months before I was able to figure it out. This site is one of those sites that sneakily scams you to steal your money. I'm guessing somewhere in their fine print they sign you up for their membership, because I DID NOT do it myself. And then, to be able to cancel, you have to talk to someone from India that you can't understand, and then all they do is go through their spiel to try and get you to stay.
Awful business practices overall. I will NEVER shop on this site again, and I will make sure that everyone I know never uses this site too.

I signed up for the VIP services, I was explained if I spend more than $40 in a month then I would not be charged for membership, that was a complete lie, I spent over $40 and was charged a member fee two weeks later. So of course I called into customer care, after being on hold for 28:45 min a rep connected who phone was not working I could not understand him and all I wanted to do was cancel, he disconnect my line I called back just to hold 30 min this time and have a rep try to talk me out of not canceling for another 25min, Not only did they waste my time, take money out of my account by " mistake", but the sandals I bought were cheaply made to the point I cant even wear 3 pairs of my sandals because they lean to the side. This was my first and only time I will ever do business with JustFab! I suggest you spend your money else where

I have canceled my membership on this website, with great difficulty 4 years ago (yes, I did say 4 years), a membership to which I was automatically subscribed to by buying one item.
Today I found out they have been charging my new credit card 40$ for the past two months. I don't even know how they have my new credit card. I started a dispute with my bank because I am unable to talk to anyone from Justfab customer support other than a robot which keeps telling me that my options are invalid.

I would give them no star if I could. I wished i had read some of the reviews out there before visiting this website. I ordered a pair of shoes from them on 19th April and paid through paypal. Unfortunately, apart from the welcome email i got from them, there was no confirmation of my order despite taking my money and 3 weeks after, i have yet to receive any dispatch info or the shoes. To my shock, they then went ahead to take £35 from my paypal account for a supposed subscription i did not know about. I tried contacting them but after staying 13 mins on the phone with no response, gave up. It s unfortunate that this company is allowed to continue to trade despite the countless experiences of people in dealing with them. I have requested for my money back through pay pal and hope they make no fuss about refunding me or try to take any more money from my account as i will report them to the trading standard.

I had a VIP account with justfab.com, I tried cancelling the account 4 times with them over the phone after numerous times of them over drafting my account and having to get them to give me a refund every month because they wouldn't cancel my account and kept telling me to just skip the month. I don't think I've ever experienced this much stupid.

I ordered one thing from this company months ago and just realized that they have been taking unauthorized deductions for more than $50CDN every month. I was not aware that by ordering one item 9 months ago that I would be on the hook for hundreds of $$. After contacting JustFab I was told that I am a member and these are monthly fees even if you dont purchase but they would not give me a refund. I have cancelled this membership that I didnt know I had and am considering legal action.

Yeah, I felt so shame on myself for buying from this site and constantly forgot to click "skip this month" button, resulting a $40 charge on my credit card each month. Because of my existing "credits", I didn't cancel my membership until today and had to spend lots of time finding patchy ones (which are relatively nice looking but still made in extremely horrible quality) among all those $#*!ty things. All my friends are barely able to walk in those shoes. No one can't tell that those clothes are jerry-built with inferior fabrics, and they all ruin after one or two laundry. Most accessories are born to look cheap. Every product from this site all has a strong chemical odor that you may never have encountered in your entire online-shopping life, even not in your chemistry class. Not to mention the delivery that always takes forever.
Given all unbearable facts mentioned above, this site is extremely over-priced. I suspect that all positive comments under every product are either faked or paid. Trust me, you can always spend your $39.95 at an affordable fast-fashion brand and get three 10x well-made and good-looking pieces on sale. I'm super busy recently, otherwise I would definitely ask my friends in law to sue JustFab for false advertising.
Okay, so how should we spend our left credits to minimize the harm on our mental health? I recommend to buy things that you may only wear for photo shooting during vacation, so you would care less about its quality. I brought some pieces for beach time, among which a huge hat and a pair of slippers are relatively acceptable. At that point, I really just have no choice but to overpay "JustBad", spend all my credits at once, and cancel my account right after receiving my package (yes, cancel it asap before you forget again).
Hope that everyone would never have such a horrible online shopping experience again. Thanks for reading my first post provoked by anger. It's now time to calm down and finish my final papers due in 12 hrs.

These arseholes rip you off with monthly fees that you really cannot use as the amassed credit you have can only be redeemed against non special price product of which there is pretty much nada. Then when you try to cancel your account with them you find that they cannot find an account tied to your email address, somehow though they still manage to send you promo mails and they sure as hell still withdraw money from your account. The only way to stop them from ripping you off is by cancelling your credit card and getting a new one. Oh and the quality of their product is one level up from shoes made from cardboard.

You ask them to cancel your account, they would still charge you for two years. You ask them for a refund and they tell you it will take 12 weeks to process it. Seriously? In this day and age, it would take 12 weeks? It is a scam!

Under VIP membership program if you forget to make your selection they will deduct 40$ from your credit card no way to get that back as they will add that to your account in the name of member credit. Then no way to break up that amount, you will have to use up that amount fully for items of higher price and also to get free shipping. You will be so angry at this and want to cancel out the VIP membership but you cant do that otherwise with that 40$ deducted amount you will not get items at VIP rate but at regular overrated item price. So by hook or crook, they will forcibly take your money and make you utilize the way they want.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
