The company will make you sorry you ever bought from them- and I was a member for 6 months. Cheaply made products too often that are overpriced- bad customer service- uncomfortable and chemically treated jean- Items easily ruined with normal wear.

This site is terrible! The clothes are cheaply made. They sent me tshirts so then you could see through them and a pair of leggings with a hole in the seam. When you call them, they are NOT helpful. Don't waste your time!

Even when you cancel your account they still try to charge you for months after, when I called AGAIN and cancelled for the second time it took FOREVER. I don't know how many times I had to tell them to just cancel the damn account, I don't care how many "credits" I have.

Technically this site is not a scam, but honey it sure is shady. I swear I will never again order from JustFab; sure they have nice shoes and stuff but girl just go to Aldo or something because it's not worth it. First of all, when I signed up I had no idea about their monthly charge. Also once I found out that they charge $40 a month, I realized you can put that towards items. The thing is though, to use the $40 credit, you have to spend more than $40, so you end up scrolling through the site searching for the cheapest thing you can find, to add to your order. Pretty much I did that once, and it turned out fine. Although recently, I clicked skip this month, and was still charged. I found a nice pair of shoes, and decided to put my credit towards them. Like I mentioned about having to pay more than the credit, I decided to buy some cheap leggings (which I didn't really want/need but did so I could use the credit). Then I canceled my membership as I didn't want any more $40 charges. I waited for the order to arrive and when it did, all that came was the leggings. I went on the website and realized they only ordered the leggings! Those cheap leggings which I didn't even want they charged me $20 for! (including shipping) I then called JustFab to try to figure out what happened. Pretty much they said I ordered them but then they were out of stock... Since I cancelled my membership they said they couldn't do anything. Also the lady I spoke to wasn't even nice, you could totally tell she was reading off a script. "Have a nice day" yeah right. Honestly, I cannot recommend this site, it just is super shady and you will likely end up feeling like you were scammed.

I had my 14 year old granddaughter by something for 16.44 which I paid with Paypal
One month later they charged 39.99 and would have continued to do it monthly. #1 they opened an account with a 14 year old using my Paypal account. She thought she was just ordering the one item. Paypal it was something I ordered WRONG they scammed a 14 year old into a monthly fee of $39.99 which she did not realize was going to happen. Opened an account for someone under the age of 18 - not legal. Have not been able to get my money back they say paypal gave it to me. Wrong JustFab still has the money. Who can you contact to get some action. I'm tried of sitting on hold for hours on JustFab and Paypal... Would have given a no star but 1 star the lowest.

Shoe material isn't great at all. They automatically charge your card with membership fees that you are NOT informed about until you see the fees pending on your card. Even at a pending status they tell you they cannot refund your money. I've chatted with their "agents" and over and over they tell you because the charge has been converted to membership credits they cannot refund you the money which is Bu11$#17! Because it's still under pending status -___- I called and was unable to speak directly to an agent. Their automative machine told me the money would be refunded. I went back to chat with an "agent" to have them email me a confirmation about the refund and finally got an email confirming the refund which will take about a week to receive. Such a headache and a lot of back and forth with the company and my bank. Don't shop with them!

I noticed today that I was being charged 39.95. Naturally I went to my bank to inquire about this charge. They told me it was from this company. I proceeded to call their Customer Service, and per my communication with them they stated they are not able to refund my money which is 159.80. They told me to basically buy $#*! I don't need and then call them to cancel it. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don't use them at all
Shoes are poor quality could get nicer shoes at Walmart. Tried to cancel membership due to forgetting to skip the month and always getting charged, waste of money that I could've used and they said they would send me notifications through phone number never received any and got charged another $40 again For sure cancelling

I became a VIP member because they had a new member offer for boots. I purchased the boots but wasn't super impressed with the quality. Now I haven't cancelled my membership and accumulated >$120 in credits, but the items are all over-priced. They don't have any useful discounts for existing VIP members and only use discounts to lure new members in. Once you're a member, you're stuck paying full price and losing money every month for credits.

An absolute disgrace of a company. Despite skipping the month they still take money from your bank account. That is just one of many things to complain about. Nothing but problem after problem and not to mention changing their rules every time i have had to complain. 0 stars. Only negative things to say about this company... it wouldn't be so bad if the quality of clothing was to a good standard but again, they failed on that too.

Ive got lots of credits and dont find much to buy. I tried to cancel so I wouldnt get more credits, but couldnt until I used all the credits. I wait each month and that builds more credits. Should be able to cancel any new months while still being able to spend the credits.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
