The clothes on there are cute, but very cheaply made. You could find better quality at a forever 21 for a third of the price. Also, they sell out of sizes super fast. Having to skip almost every month was a pain to remember.
My biggest gripe with this company is their terrible costumer service. I had canceled my monthly subscription through their Facebook chat but was still being charged. After realizing this and reconnecting through their website chat, I demanded a refund along with my account to actually be shut down. The entire time the person I was chatting to was completely just trying to tell me it was my fault and pressuring me to keep my account/ not take a refund. Since my money was so important to me eventually I got it.
I hope they go out of business soon.
