I ordered some shoes because they were free and they never showed up I was supposed to bring them with me when I came to California and they weren't there so please if you give somebody something free please delivery room because they were for my daughter for her birthday and her birthday was June 16th thank you and I called you guys but you never responded back

The products were great, selection was fairly good and sizes were true n must attend and seem of good quality. Shipping was decent for time as well. The biggest draw back was that they used to remind you that you had to select an item or pass the first of every month or they would charge you a monthly fee. They quit doing that, must be to obtain more money, and then will not allow you to use that money on sale items, or on there past order imparticular. Very frustrating. Money is money. Will most likely be dropping them for to this fact.

Hard to manuver site

I do not enjoy not being able to buy what I want without "shopping a certain style". If I see something I want I should be able to send it to cart without shopping a certain style.

The gold necklace hook was shipped broken. The 2nd necklace changed color on first usage. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the product.

One wear, one hole

I recently bought a dress to wear to a graduation. The dress fit well and was cute. I attempted to wear the dress again weeks later and to my surprise there was a hole in the back of the dress, and its the type of hole that happens when the fabric comes undone at the seams and begins to unravel.

Poor Quality

RIP off company
June 24, 2019

Bought a pair of boots that fell apart 3 weeks later.
Then I see a 39.95 charge on my account.
So I call them.
They refuse to give my money back.
Say they are going to take the 40 out of my account every month.
Uh no your not.
Went to the bank to dispute the charge.
I did not okay this.
Canceled my debit card.
Don't order from this RIP off company.
I will never do it again.
Don't want your cheap shoes.

This company have a brilliant business, stratergy... as soon as you agree to the AGB you become a very welcomed member, you are then allowed to order something. Every month from them. Naturally from the money they have booked from your bank account... we all know, that of course everybody on this planet reads 6 pages of AGB before they purchase goods.;-) thumbs up lads for the trust that you have awakened in me, I will never do it again

I am absolutely gutted. I have just realised that JustFab have taken a total of £315 from my bank account for an apparent (from reading all the other reviews) 'VIP Newsletter.' It is apparently in the small print when you sign up as they give you a 60 minute time frame to order shoes.
I have not authorised these payments and I have no idea how they even do this. I am currently unemployed and have little to no money and I feel absolutely gutted. I have just tried to sign into my JustFab account and it says that I do not even have an email on file, so even if I had agreed to this VIP newsletter, I wouldn't have been able to use the benefits anyway? I will fight them on this and I would be very interested to know if anyone else has, I can see that everyone else has experience the same problem. HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO RUN?!

Please never ever order from this awful company.

Total Scam

My experience was much the same as many of the reviews, bought a pair of shoes that ended up feeling a lot cheaper than they looked online, shrugged and left it, and then two months later noticed two charges for $40 on my card that I definitely didn't sign up for, the site explains that nowhere, I don't have the money to waste on this stupid site
When I called to cancel and get a refund she had a thick accent and was incredibly unhelpful, I ended up ordering two more things just to "get my money back" or at least get something out of this whole ordeal and calling to cancel again, having to go thru the whole arguing with the girl to cancel, I don't care what you can offer me, I don't want u to charge me monthly for something I'm not gonna use!

Scam Artists.

So basically just know that as soon as you buy a pair of shoes, they're going to take 40 bucks out of your account every month. And when you try to call customer service to get a refund, THEY WILL FIGHT YOU. They will try their hardest to try to convince you that that money is solely for buying more shoes. Just go to another site. Not only is customer service rude but you get scammed.

STAY AWAY

This site is very misleading. I used a GIFT CARD to make a purchase and had to put in my debit card information since there was still $2 that my gift card didn't cover. THEY USED THAT DEBIT INFO TO SIGN ME UP FOR THEIR VIP MEMBERSHIP AND I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT UPON CHECKOUT. I was charged $40 the next month and customer service REFUSED to give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I am a member and have ordered a few times, although I do skip the monthly charge of $39.95. My problem is that every time I order from them it takes forever to receive the item. I ordered shoes on May 24,2019 hoping to get them for a wedding I was attending on 6/1/19, however, that did not happen. Now here it is 6/4/2019 and I still do not have them and with no expected arrival date. At one point it had today, 6/4/2019 as an arrival date, then it had changed to yesterday, 6/3/2019 as an arrival date. Yet, still no shoes. Seems funny they took my money immediately but I have no idea when my product will arrive. I guess it's time to cancel my subscription.

I purchase one item from the site not knowing that I was signing up for a membership. They totally ignored my request to cancel and I ended up being charged an additional $39.95. Everything on this website looks cheap and not worth the price. When asked if I could get a refund for the $39.95 that's taken off my card every month, they refused; it's my money that I earned I should be able to do whatever I please with it. I advise anyone to not purchase from this site, it's a total rip-off and not worth the money.
