They charge you 39.95 a month for the VIP, the credit only extends to justfab.com and not their sister sites. Now when I did call in to cancel they refunded my monthly charge and upon my request canceled my membership. Half of one of my orders has been showing up as pending for about four months (I know I should have dealt with it sooner), they said I need a lost claim code from fed-ex. Fed-ex in turn told me to contact the original shipper.
The quality and pricing is about what you would expect from Target/Walmart's nicer products, so I don't have a complaint on quality. The "deals" they offer are nothing special so just buy without the VIP or shop at one of the two previous mentioned stores.
They have charged my daughter C$57 monthly for two months before she recognized without consulting her or any acknowledgement as membership as she were registered at their website to buy shoes several months ago

I think JustFab is f*ing great! I could see how most people would think they're getting scammed since they probably didn't take the time to learn how the site works.
So far the quality of the products has exceeded my expectations... Sometimes you do have to wait and browse the site because yeah, the selection of stuff is sometimes bland. But if you're patient enough you will find some super trendy stuff.
This site is NOT a scam it's just a complex system. You do not have to be charged every month if you don't want to.
It is true, they won't tell you upfront that there's a monthly fee, but that entire fee turns into credits which can be used towards products. OR you can "skip" the month meaning you won't get charged.
They also don't tell you that you can't use those credits for any of their sales (which are usually great!). So in that sense it can be annoying. If you choose not to skip the month and you get a credit, AND there's a sale, you have to choose one or the other. The key is: just skip every month!
Then you won't get charged but I believe you can still shop the sales. Also, if you shop the sales BEFORE the day they charge you (the 6th of every month), they won't charge your monthly fee!
It's really only a good deal for those of us who like to shop often, if you just want a one time deal don't shop here. You also have to be diligent enough to keep up with skipping the month or shopping. If you're not, you'll end up being charged monthly and then POed that you can't even use your credits for the sale. This is how JustFab gets a bad wrap.
It's a sales tactic and it works, because you keep going back to their site. In my eyes everybody wins with this site.
I uploaded a pic of one of my favorite items from JustFab. I think after all was said and done it cost me $14, shipping included.

My daughter who is only 17 purchased shoes and somehow when you purchase you must sign up, when signing up they have small writing saying you will be enrolled in some sort of membership. She put her birthday in so it tells her age. She was not asked or told to get adult consent. She ordered her shoes and evidently there is a small box you must check or uncheck i'm not sure which and your automatically signed up for this $39 membership. Now she was charged on 4/6 for the month, once i realized i called in and the customer service rep was rude but i was upset that they allowed a minor to have an account in the first place, he didnt want to give me a refund. Now mind you, the charge is for the following month. We were charged on 4/6, i called on 4/7. He culd not reach a supervisor so i has to plead with him to get a refund. I only got the refund because i told him my daughter was a minor (she is 17) or i would not have gotten a refund. This concept makes no sense. Why spend $39.95 a month if you dont purchase shoes in a month, that should be a choice. They need a better membership plan. DO NOT ENROLL OR SHOP HERE. Go somewhere that you can spend what you want, when you want. After dangum getting in an argument with customer service i was issued a refund and account was cancelled. Horrible experience. And i love to online shop. ADVISE from one business owner to JUSTFAB- treat your customers like Gold and you might keep them spending their hard earn money with you. Make your membership policy clear and larger print. And if you have a minor adding their birthday under 18 it should be flagged. Your negative reviews far outweigh the good reviews and its time to reevaluate

It's a pure scam. Every bad review you read is absolutely true. They trick you into a £35 per month membership system and charge you when you cancel / don't refund for money they've taken from you! It's just purely the snakiest, most horrible rip off system you can find online.
Additionally, they don't let you change your address of delivery even if the item was not yet shipped.

I am so disgusted with this company! I was a member for a couple of years and I placed a order we're the whole shoe came off the sole of the wedge. I called a month ago and they started that they would replace them with the shipping label a month later no shoe or shipping label. I called again and they stated that I had to ship back the shoe before they could replace it after waiting on hold for 30 mins to figure it out. I am beyond disgusted and cancelled my membership and replacement! Worse customer service I have ever come across

I get emails every month that my monthly boutique is ready. There was one month where I did not get the email. It wasn't in my spam or anything, so my card was charged for the month. I called a representative to get a refund since it was not my fault that they did not send any emails. The representative said it was my fault (which it wasn't and i would've been fine if I had just forgotten to skip the month, but i didn't) so I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They told me they would give me a refund in order to keep me subscribed. I was never issued a refund but I was given a $10 store credit instead. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've gotten multiple friends, family, and coworkers to join, so now I feel terrible that I suggested such a horrible company.

Do not buy, they join you up to their scheme and take money out of you account every month. They will say they can put money back when you phone them but they never do.

I ordered a pair of shoes that should have been the right size (the largest the company made). They were still too small. Then I noticed I was being billed again. Apparently, if you buy anything from them, yo're taking out an ongoing subscription for shoes. Good prices are not so very helpful if the product doesn't fit, and I wouldn't want more merchandise under those circumstances. While I eventually got an explanation, and a refund, I'm not fond of this way of doing business...

I saw a dress and I thought of buying it, without knowing that I would be charged every month. Later, I was charged for a month, which was $39.99. I called Customer Service and requested a refund as I didn't want to buy anything, because the fit was horrible, the guy whom I spoke to was very rude and didn't imitate a refund back. I was charged again and now I had 80$ sitting in my account. I thought to use as they didn't help me initiate my refund. I used it all and ordered shoes. The first fit was big so I exchanged it for a smaller one, the fit was so horrible that I returned it. Now, that I have returned I wanted a refund back in my bank account, because I think it is my money and would wish to spend where I want and not forcefully buy anything. So initiated a refund and customer service told me they cannot, as the method was different. So now they told me to wait for it to reflect on my JustFab account and the request a check. I mean this is horrible. It is like I am forced to buy stuff that I don't like.

I'm not a fan of the auto billing unless you opt out monthly feature and would rather just be able to buy when I'm ready... Also, one of the items I ordered didn't quite work for my physique so I will be returning. Otherwise, the clothing and shoe quality has been great.

I ordered a pair of boots but when I got them they were too big. When I looked at the website to find my options for getting the right size, the site stated that I could exchange or I could get my money back. As I went through the process of exchanging, every option that I chose would not allow me to continue. I ended up giving the boots away (which I was very upset about). The worst part about this experience was that I signed up for the VIP membership as well but through that application process, it was never said that after the first free month it would be $45 to keep the membership. I would never sign up or buy from that site again

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
