I placed an order for wrong size and within seconds called and asked to change size. They said it shipped already? It was less than 5 mins. Pants are lovely. The fit is very good, true to size. My only complaint,if you will, is that I would have liked them to be longer. They're perfect if you're wearing flats but I wanted to wear heels. For reference I am 5'6. You can still wear them with heels but I prefer the look of the pants being longer, almost skimming the floor…these come just to the top of the foot when in heels.

Just fab had cute shoes, but they run small. To wear my size I have to get the wide out extra wide. That's a very limited selection.

The fabric I'd too stiff for what I want it. Wanting to do cornices but bc the fabric is very stiff I'm going to have pick another one.

Package arrived on time as I expected and merchandise in good condition as described in the site
JustFab website is very easy to use and the package arrived in a timely manner.One of the boots didn't fit so I just dropped off the shoe box to a happy return center. Shortly afterwards my money was refunded.
There was a missing pair of shoes in my order. When I contacted JustFab, the representative was a bit hard to communicate with and ended up canceling my membership. That was cleared up by the end of the conversation. But unfortunately, I still didn't have the pair of shoes I ordered because they were out of stock. I ended up getting store credit. I just wish they would have informed me it was out of stock when I completed my order.
Got the cutest shoes, absolutely in love with them. They genuinely feel good quality, beyond a great deal for the price. They didn't take that long to ship too!

However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
