Return hassles

I placed an order for wrong size and within seconds called and asked to change size. They said it shipped already? It was less than 5 mins. I had to order a new size-actually had to ask someone else to keep my discount-and then make a trip to return wrong size. Very frustrating….not great customer service

Faux leather pants

Pants are lovely. The fit is very good, true to size. My only complaint,if you will, is that I would have liked them to be longer. They're perfect if you're wearing flats but I wanted to wear heels. For reference I am 5'6. You can still wear them with heels but I prefer the look of the pants being longer, almost skimming the floor…these come just to the top of the foot when in heels.

I am not fan of the automatic bundling in the basket it seems to make the prices more expensive

My delivery time takes way longer even before the recent postal strike

Some goods now are not available for international shipping why are they being presented to me as I shop

I am not apply to apply my credit as freely as I once was it should be that I can apply to my entire order not just particular priced items

Missing item in my order

There was a missing pair of shoes in my order. When I contacted JustFab, the representative was a bit hard to communicate with and ended up canceling my membership. That was cleared up by the end of the conversation. But unfortunately, I still didn't have the pair of shoes I ordered because they were out of stock. I ended up getting store credit. I just wish they would have informed me it was out of stock when I completed my order.
