Over all the shoes are super cute, Just ordered a plaid coat love it! Still waiting on my puffer coat and booties. The only thing is delivery, last ordered came in 4 days. This shipment hasn't arrived yet and it's been over 10 days.

I ordered sandals for my daughter. They never arrived AFTER I got information saying they had been delivered. Then it was they were ready for pick up. I got the run around. When I finally made contact with customer service for a FULL CREDIT, none of that restock mess or other fee it was another story. I spoke with customer service, Lan from the Philippines with a thick accent. I couldn't understand her but she was very friendly. The sandals were then shipped that same day and I had them within 4 days. The sandals arrived at the end of summer, nearly 3 months later. I will not order from them again.

Unlike most site where you have a month to review before being charged, this site has specific dates that of you do not cancel before, you will get charged. I called before a month with them but because it wasn't within the first of the month window I got charged. It was within two weeks of my purchase. When I called to cancel, I was told I could not get a refund but I could cancel my account. Once I did, then I could not spend the $39 I was charged for that month. What a joke. I will not be coming back.

I ordered a pair of chunky heels from this website and and I only was able to wear them once. The buckle in the strap broke off. Just remember, you get what you paid for.

I was not able to find much that I liked on JustFab. The quality of what I did buy was so/so, and often you were out of things that looked interesting. In spite of the prices being cheap, I found it was not a fun shopping experience at all.

Their stuff is hit or miss when and to quality as it is even though the price point might be low. Their return and exchange policy sucks especially when they're an online business and you can only shop online they should have a better return and exchange policy not like we can go and try the stupid shoes or jeans on! Do you know how hard it is to find a pair of jeans especially online are you insane not to let us return them are you insane I hope you go out of business I was keeping all items only wanted to return 2 and get a store credit since I was a VIP for a few years now. I cancelled VIP, lost a buyer over 30 bucks. Great Team not:-(

Bad styles. Cheaply manufactured clothes. Inconsistent sizing. Terrible program to use credits at only $39 items and not just applied to balance. Took me a YEAR to find things I liked enough to buy and use my credits correctly.

I ordered this adorable tiger skirt which I loved, BUT I wore it once and it immediately ripped with normal movements. I loved the skirt so I'm so disappointed that it ripped :(

I like the different types of shoes and choices. Colors & size vary... sometimes it does not have them.
I do like the reminder to order or cancel. However, i do forget so i wish there was a way i could reply to the reminder email if i want to order or not.

The subscription would be nice if the shoes were worth anything. I only came here for the shoes. The pairs I did receive either didn't fit at all, or did not fit well. Too tight and stiff. None were even half what I expected for $40 a month.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
