I ABSOLUTELY LOVE every single purchase I have EVER made on this site! And if i could've gotten a better deal ANYWHERE else, i have NO IDEA where that could be! I would, and HAVE recommended this site to, well, everybody I know. And I recommend if u haven't checked it out, then u should asap. I truly believe that they have something for EVERYBODY. If it's not for you, we'll, at least u gave it a shot!
I was warned by my mum that justfab was a terrible site after I placed my order and I just wish she said something sooner. My god, this site has been a nightmare. I have contacted them on five different platforms for a refund once I found out that this company robs people, all of them they have simply ignored me and refused to give my money back to me. Please don't order here, this site is designed to scam people and that's it. It really should be shut down.

I purchased two pairs of shoes and unfortunately the shoes did not work nor fit. So I followed all instructions of returning the shoes and received an email stating my refund will arrive within 5-8 business days. I looked on my bank statement and only received a partial refund. Called customer service and they stated I will only receive a refund of the shoes, not the taxes or shipping and handling I paid for. Never will I shop with this company again, what a rip off!

JustFab hides the real price of its shoes. I placed the order under a certain price, and it wasn't until I checked my credit card statement that I realized that I was actually charged the price after conversation, increasing my order from $277 to $377. At NO TIME does JustFab show this information.

So, by no one's fault but mine, every once in awhile I forget to cancel. I'm picky, and things all look like different versions of the old stuff, so I'm not finding anything I really want to use my newfound 'credit' on. Yes, it's my own fault for ignoring or forgetting or whatever the case may be at the time, but over the years I've built up about 6 credits. Many times when I purchase something, JustFab finds a way NOT to use my credit (either the price is different, I'd end up using a FULL credit on something far less expensive, etc.)... so here I am stuck with the credits. If I cancel, there is no refund. Nice, JF says that I can cancel and STILL use my credits afterward, as a non-member! NOT so nice? As a non-member, everything will be far more expensive.
I only *love* a handful of the pairs of boots I've gotten so far, so I bought extra pairs, just to use up some credits.
Hoping on finding ONE pair that I love so I can use all 6 of my credits on them and get out outta here!

I was not happy with my first order. I realize that it's difficult to "style" for someone whom you have never met before. I have been having a very hard time finding jeans that actually fit with my style that suits me. I'm not the typical girly girl, so at this time it's just not for me.

RUN AWAY!
My wife says she never signed up with these crooks but $600 later we have nothing to show for her sledged membership. Even if she wanted to use it she can't get anything because she can't log in without a password. Despite repeated requests to reset and a couple of hours holding for support they won't reset her password. INSANE

It came up in my pop-ups to buy a pair of shoes I bought the shoes they were nice they shipped very fast but now they charge me $40 a month every month for that one pair of shoes as advertised I did not know this was going to see a reoccurring charge it's a scam

I have bought a few pairs of shoes from JustFab and I love them. However, when I need to skip a month on my VIP membership for any reason it is very hard to find that button to click to select skipping that month.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
