Many unique styles but not the best quality. Especially shoes. I've ordered several boots that I don't wear because they are not comfortable. Clothes and footwear feel as if they are made very cheaply.

I originally ordered these dresses at the beginning of July. After the first shipment was lost by the shipping company the chose. I was unable to receive one of the items because it was no longer in stock. Which kudos to them reimbursing me for said item. I finally received the second shipment which contained the dresses I ordered.
The 3 stars is for Justfab being amazing at customer service, but falling short on how the clothing actually falls short on the quality they show on their site.

Today is 8/9. I purchased on July 14, the package was created on July 19 and Just Fab says it's awaiting pickup but the carrier says it's awaiting the package. When I went to customer support, they (pretty sure it was a bot) said it was shipped, asked if I had any questions, I asked a question, and it cut off the conversation. I called the number and I waited and waited. There is no space for me to submit a help request, so I guess this review will have to do =(

I had four pairs of slippers in my cart I did not purchase them I did not agree to buy them and yet they were shipped out to me so I don't know what goes on on your guys's end but I did not agree to buy what was in my card and yet I received the four pairs of slippers

You get charged 49.95 a month to be in club to get discounted prices. I did not sign up for membership. I can't afford to blow 50$ a month I don't buy shoes every month

I understand that we're not buying the best quality stuff. Thr shoes I bought shoes last year, one of which I had only worn twice, broke. Spending less than $50 on shoes should mean I only get 3 wears. Def not worth it. Hey

I love the shoes from JustFab:)although I often forget to buy wide width & I must always remember to skip the month or I get charged the $49.99 plus the conversion to Canadian but I just call & JustFab peeps always fix it

First of all, be aware that if you do not purchase or pass for the month, every month, your card of choice will be charged. It will stay on your account as a credit, though. Second, I've ended up not being very thrilled about their merchandise offered. I rarely find a pair of shoes or sandals with a mid heel. They're usually flat or ski-high. And it's rare to find something that is made of real leather. Regarding clothing, even though I'm a 6 on top and an 8 on bottom, mostly everything runs small, unless you like to wear tight clothing. I don't. I've returned or given away more items than I've kept. Last but not least, I've called a few times to cancel my membership, and I've been on hold for so long, I just hung up. Thus, I'm still a member. I just keep passing for the month until I have the time to sit on the phone, waiting to talk to someone to cancel my membership. This is just not for me.

I always enjoy my purchases from JF. However, I absolutely adored this recent purchase! Especially my gold dress... I haven't felt so attractive ans sexy in a long time. Now, whenever I need a killer outfit, I think of JF first! Btw I have a concert I need a new outfit for (I got front row seats) and I need to look my best! Can't wait!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
