I bought two shoes from JustFab seeing their sale ads on Social Media. Nowhere was it written that a monthly membership fee (which they call the VIP status) would be deducted for purchasing from this sale. Even though they claim it was written. But it wasn't. So they charged 50$! From my account without a single intimation to me. And since they claim that it was written while purchasing they won't even refund me.
Moreover, their AI chat box is as $#*!ty as it can get. It never replies correctly and often ends the chat just like that even when you are just typing your query. No problem can be solved over email (they never reply). You always have to call customer care and can't even remove your payment method from their website! This is unethical on so many levels.!
I want a refund. I did not but this it's took 50 dollars out of my accoudt

Easy to navigate website. Don't really like the skip the month but i have been doing it for 5 yrs. The shoes are nice and they last years for me, so i am content.

Well I'd love to but ordered the shoes 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten them. Everyday there's a new email saying something shifty like "you order will there in a few days" but it says that everyday. Horrible shipping and misrepresentation of arrival. Total lies

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes - all with the wonderful wider fit that JustFab has available. Loved the look and fit of two pairs, the other three were a bit too high for me but it was easy to deal with them. Impressed with the quality (and price!) of my order!

Whenever I need to add a little glam to my wardrobe, Just Fab delivers. I ordered 2 pairs of very sexy black stilettos, one fit like a dream, the other not so much. The return process was so easy. Now I have credit to buy another pair!

Got an email on 8/1/22 that it had been shipped, when really it meant that a label had been created. No problem with that, I understand. But nearly 2 weeks later that's still the status? And you're hoping I would give you a POSITIVE review? Honestly, I could care less about "Diamond Elite" status; I just want somebody to be checking these things and communicating to the customer if there is a problem or a delay.

It is disappointing to order sizes based on the sizing guide only to end up with items that don't fit. Sometimes the chest measurement fits, but then the sleeves are based on a smaller size. There is no consistency.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
