I've had no complaints with any of the merchandise I've received from Just Fab, it's been a pleasure buying my boots and shoes from Just Fab. I've found the process of ordering and returning no problem ( did a lot more ordering than returning). Only wish my budget aloud me to order every month. Send the wrong shoes. Then the wrong top. Can't get anyone on the phone like you used to. All out sourcing if you do and they are not on top of knowing all the merchandise.

For the past few years JustFab is the only place I order or purchase my boots & shoes from. After having foot surgery that went bad and not being able to find anything that would fit comfortably JustFab was the one and only place that met my needs for what I needed to wear on my feet not only is the fit perfect but absolute comfort to wear and to walk in the quality is is excellent as well
