I never received my order, when I called to check where it was I was told it was never shipped out and all they could offer me is the money back because my items were out of stock.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots and booties all in size 8. The very cool short boots with Sherpa lining and trim had NO ZIPPER but did not say that in the description. So I can't get them on. I tried to give them away to 2 different friends, but neither one could get them on. So I guess I'll throw them away. The beautiful over-the-knee blue boots had a funny shape that makes the heel stick out - very noticeable in profile and the shoe part was way too big. The other two pair were "satisfactory" but not great. The reason I bought these boots was to use up a credit because 3 times this year I did not get the monthly email to buy or skip and was charged. This was not too ethical. And yes, I will probably cancel my VIP membership. This is a big disapointment.

JustFab is the absolute worse company to purchase from. Purchase a pair of shoes and received used shoes. Call them and informed them of the issue even sent pictures the same exact day. One agent apologized for it happening but transfer to a suppose to be supervisor who lied to me made a note on my account that she was giving me 50% off my purchase but told me over the phone that she was giving a complimentary credit that would apply to my account for the mishaps. Called in a week later just for the agent to not resolve the issue but to only keep stating what the agent made a note on my account saying. Never ordering from them again..

I'm impressed with the wide variety of styles offered on this site. I ordered 2 pairs & was pleasantly surprised that they fit perfectly, and was exactly what I wanted. I like that you have the option to save on future purchases even if I skip month to month. Customer service are also easy to work with when skipping months.

I hate everything about JustFab & signing up is one of the biggest regrets of my life. I've wasted so much money on their garbage items because I forget to skip & then my debit card gets charged. Then I feel like I have to get something since I paid for it and it comes & falls apart and is just a waste but they make it neatly impossible to cancel. It's a viscious cycle

I have to return both pairs because the sizes were way off normal sizes. The pumps were more like a 9.5 woman size and the quality isn't great. I also have 15 credits with you and unfortunately cannot use them. I still had to pay money.

I ordered a few pairs of both athletic shoes and boots. I normally wear an 8.5. All three pair were too big. The next two pair I ordered, I got in an 8 and both pair fit really odd. I don't think I will be ordering any more.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
