This site has a lot of merchandise to choose from. But BEWARE, if you don't purchase or remember to "Skip" a month you will be charged and receive nothing in return but a store credit. I attempted to cancel, but apparently did not do it right because I was STILL charged. I removed all my credit cards and they charged my Paypal account!

Bought 4 house slippers. 3 did not fit and was structured like it was a regular shoe instead of something comfortable to wear in the house. The one I kept ended up shedding all over the house...while purchase... fail

I have been a JF VIP for years now and at the beginning I loved the styles and the quality. But my last few purchases have been disappointing because the quality just feels cheap and the size was too tight. I've returned a few pairs because they were very uncomfortable and no support. I have been contemplating canceling my membership because I really don't like the styles, comfortability, or quality. But I haven't because I was holding out hope that it would get better and because I have so much credit that I will lose because of the membership.

I ordered items on November 12 was told they would be delivered on the 21. The 21st comes and goes. I checked the next day to find out they have arrived in Florida from Georgia. They are supposed to be sent to NC so how are they still going south?

I had accumulated 5 member credits, I hadn't gotten new boots in awhile so I decided to do some shopping… As I'm reviewing my order before I check out I realize I had 2 pairs of the same boots in my cart and I was using 4 credits so as I deleted a pair it went down to using 3 credits. But after looking at my account after wards that credit never went back to my account. When I called to explain what had happened the lady was very rude… if my total was 150 that is 3 credits… So I now am just out 50 dollars THAT I PUT IN MY ACCOUNT? I'm so furious I will probably NEVER buy from here again… I've been a member for a long time like almost 10 years! And I never want to deal with this company again!

When placing my first order, I was asked to create an account, unaware it charges each $49.95/month. Usually when ordering online, you can keep track of your order by entering your email and creating a password. I did not intend on spending that much every month, and I was forced to create an "account", which will be charged monthly. I purchased some shoes for under $20, and they were very uncomfortable so I won't be wearing them anymore. Upon seeing a $50 charge on my credit card to Just Fab, I called customer service to ask about the charge, and they said they would give me 3 months no charge with $50 credit. I was caught off guard and confused why I'd have $50 credit (because that's what I was calling to get refunded). That is fraud! Many people might not have seen the charge on their credit card. I also googled it, and I'm not the only one who was tricked into creating an account when placing an order.

My boot came with a long black mark on it that I couldn't get off. And I didn't want to exchange it only to have to pay for a box + print the label. They should get down with boxless exchanges.

I am really enjoying JustFab! I've ordered quite a few things from this website and they always come in a timely manner and look great in person. The booties I just ordered are my absolute favorite so far. They fit true to size and the pointed toe and rubber sole are comfy and chic.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
