I skip a lot of months due to personal budget. But I am very satisfied with purchases that I have made. The items are very affordable and are of good quality. They arrive on time. The website is easy to use. They send me sales and deals all the time in my email but don't get obnoxious about it. I love the shoe selection. Very happy with my experience. I believe I have been a member for a couple years now and plan to continue to be a member as long as I have the option to skip certain months.

Great experience everytime. Obviously takes longer than Amazon, but if you can wait the week to get your shoes, you'll love the styles. I choose to skip my VIP subscription unless I plan on shopping that month. However, when I do... totally worth it.

They do not fit the foot, the size is correct but they are extremely wide in the ankle area and when walking they come off, maybe this shoes is not for person with skinny foot.

Love my boots and shoes. My shoes were a tight. They were the right size but they run small. So had to return the shoes and I got a half size bigger. And that was pretty easy to do as well.
