I signed up for a ShoeDazzle VIP membership. They are the same company as JustFab and had JustFab shoes displayed when I filtered my search. I made an order and they signed me up for JustFab (in addition to ShoeDazzle) and were charging me for 2 memberships every month that I didn't want! Customer Support was awful and it was a pain to cancel the memberships (that I never signed up for).
I've used similar VIP memberships (like Fabletics) and never had issues like this. I absolutely will never shop from JustFab or ShoeDazzle again

I have been a member of JustFab's for many years now and I really appreciate the quality of the products and the speed of delivery, packaged beautifully every time. It has been consistent over the years and it is why I remain a customer/member. I've always told friends who comment on my shoes over the years exactly where they're from and why! The styles have always been awesome as well.

I bought a pair of boots, they got their payment. A month later I was charged again and without my consent, money was taken out of my account. Called them, they refused to give me back my money and gave me only a credit which I didn't want. A month later they did the same thing again, had to file a fraud report, get a whole new debit card and everything with the works. Still disputing with this company, completely unprofessional and thieves! I still want my money back!
I ordered three pairs of shoes and they were nice. One shoe was perfect for a specific outfit I have, but the strap of the shoe ( black stilettos) hurt my baby toes. The other two I tried on and they were fine. Overall my experience, as usual, was good.

I made my order im going to an event for my 3yr anniversary and they were supposed to be here 2 days ago. It said on way back to shipper. Why, I dont know alls i know is i bought a dress to go with my shoes I did not receive. It was over before it began! SAD

I truly enjoy shopping at just fab. The concept is brilliant and i love that i can use my credits at anytime. I've been with just fab for quite a number of years and they have never delayed my purchases. The process of delivery is always quick and efficient.

I bought a $10 pair of boots three months ago. Today I get an email from Paypal say I am being charged $39.95. Never once when buying those shoes did it say you will be charged monthly and receive a "credit". I also never received an email asking me if I would like to "skip" the month and not be billed. I would never had signed up to be a "VIP" had I know this.
I called their customer service line and it took them 20 mins to even find the charge on my account, even though I provided them with every piece of information they asked for. They repeatedly asked me over, and over if I knew that they $39.95 was a credit, and could be used towards a purchase. I stated I knew that NOW and never planned on buying another pair. They FINALLY they agreed to cancel my membership and refund me my $39.95. Hoping I actually receive my refund...

I was so excited about my purchase until they were delivered. All the shoes did not fit me. My foot could not go in even though I ordered my size. I would have appreciated a heads up that the shoes ran small and would have ordered the recommended sizes.

I got a promo code from a friend; I wouldn't have tried JF without it. The items in my package were pretty alright, for the most part. There were a few a really liked and some I knew I would never use. I suppose that's how it goes with these subscription boxes. My problem with JF is that it is more expensive than others and doesn't offer more personalization.

I have never had a problem with JustFab and shoes being delivered until now. I ordered a pair of shoes and 3 weeks later, I still haven't received the shoes. Customer service even gave me a hard time about getting a return. Now I am hesitant about ordering again.

So far I've ordered one pair of boots. They aren't true to size, and as the boot in my size was out of stock, I couldn't do the exchange via the website. I called to get an exchange. After reading some of these reviews, I made sure I set aside plenty of time to deal with being on hold. Much to my surprise (and delight) I sailed right through the voice mail options, and was talking to a sales representative within maybe, 2 minutes? An email followed with the return label. I will see how the next step goes.
Also. After reading the reviews I realized I had not caught the bit about the 'skip month' at the site. So. Thanks for all the complaints. They have resulted in a pretty positive (so far) experience with this company.
I like the boots. I did not know you would have to buy or go into an account monthly to skip the month or be charged 49.99. Otherwise ide give a five. I don't understand why or what you receive if you forget to sign in and skip the month and you get charged,what you are supposed to receive? I guess the only deal you get is the first pair of boots for 9.99.

Love love love this site! You can't get better quality for the price. I've ordered 6 pairs of shoes and a pair of jeans. All fit properly and good quality. Not to mention how beautiful the designs are! I get many compliments and just love the purchases I've made! People that complain clearly don't see that when you sign up it take the money off your card and give you a credit. And I don't see the big deal of having to call to cancel. Not that I would cancel! They have great sales frequently too! I can't say enough good things about JustFab!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
