I think your practice of enticing people to this great "VIP" opportunity, while having in very small, not obvious print, that you will have $40 taken out of your account each month is a horrible practice. You are taking advantage of customer after customer, which is proven by the countless complaints from others about the same issue. My 18 year old daughter learned a valuable lesson after not checking her account for 4 months and finding Just Fab took almost $200 from her. Then, she emails Just Fab asking about it and was told "it was clearly stated what you signed up for... but the good news is you have all of this store credit." I purchased two pairs of shoes and unfortunately the shoes did not work nor fit. So I followed all instructions of returning the shoes and received an email stating my refund will arrive within 5-8 business days. I looked on my bank statement and only received a partial refund. Called customer service and they stated I will only receive a refund of the shoes, not the taxes or shipping and handling I paid for. Never will I shop with this company again, what a rip off!
My wife ordered from them not realizing they charged a monthly fee to use there website which they claim it is a shoe of the month subscription. Total ripoff. Thank god she used PayPal, canceled their authorization and won't be doing that any more, for non PayPal user get a new Atm/Credit card number and dispute it now, do not call them you will just get the run around. I purchased some shoes from Just Fab for over a decade and have seen many changes. I'm older and have a torn Achilles tendon that never healed so it makes it hard to wear the shoes I used to buy. Ive ordered a couple pairs from their site, they are nothing spectacular and honestly my feet get pretty cut up from loose stitching or rough edges but im financially tight and i nust wanted a cheap pair of shoes. What they failed to mention is they automatically take ( in my case) anywhere betwen 40 and 60 bucks out of your account every month. I had called after i noticed the first transaction and the lady assured me that it would not happen again. It has now been 4 months and i cant get my money back. Luckily for me my credit card expires soon and then hopefully that will make it clear i want nothing to do with this company. Really unfortunate that all i wanted was a pair of shoes and now justfab has 200 dollars from me and theres nothing i can do about it. They have yet to reimburse me even when i cancelled my membership. Save yourself the grief and go to your local shops, at least then your hard earned money goes to someone deserving.
They knew the customers won't read the whole term before joining the membership. They attract you by those beautiful shoes and extremely low prices. But you have to pay for the low quality of those shoes (mine feels like stepping on cardboard) and the secretly charged $39.95 VIP membership per month!
They even try to make the cancellation process as complicated as possible. They provide chatting bot but don't allow cancellation service to be done without a call. When I called the service, the lady spent 5 minutes stopping me from canceling the membership although I've told her how frustrated I was about the charge. They are smart in using the costumer's logic to create a scam in a legal way.

My daughter purchased something and then the charges started coming on the credit card - if you do not pay attention they charge each month and then the credit builds up - than you have to spend the money before you close the account or you loose all the money. I just closed the account and took the $39.99 hit just to be done with it. They try very hard to talk you out of closing the account. Just be aware of what you are signing up for - and keep a tab on your kids using your credit card.
Many complain about monthly charges, which are easily avoided by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in your account every month. My complaint is the quality of the clothes I recieved. My pencil skirt was made out of some sort of gym-short material, the wrap dress with a sweetheart neckline actually had an A-line neckline and didn't look like the dress in the picture at all, and my skater dress is so itchy I have to wear leggings and a tanktop underneath. The shoes are okay, but look cheaper in real life than online. For these reasons I won't be shopping here again.

Apparently it's in the small print but it's that small it cannot be read. When ringing up to cancel an demand my £140 back I get told my money has turned into credit which is none refundable to spend on there website! I received the wrong shoe in the wrong size. Not worth the hassle to return given that I used a credit so donated the shoes. Provided this feedback promptly with no return contact. While I have another credit, I am uncertain if I will ever order again.
Just fab sounds great when you join. But shipping takes forever, clothes and shoes quality is just mediocre and the worst thing is that you CANNOT use your own credited money on sale items! The $6 shirt is $24 if you use your credit! Nope just wrong!

I got an ad online claiming that by signing up, I would be able to purchase a first pair of shoes for ten dollars. I probably should've known that this was too good to be true, but I was hopeful. I got the pair, (couldn't wear them anyway because they were way too big) but was automatically signed up for a $50 monthly subscription without even realizing. This subscription is completely pointless as you pay FIFTY dollars a month just for a 30% discount or "exclusive" shoes. When I saw that the money was taken out of my account, I tried getting in contact as fast as possible (no one came to talk on the live chat so I had to call). They canceled my subscription, after prying for five minutes and trying to convince me to keep it, but my money was not even refunded, they turn it into "store credit" (which I'm not going to use). Overall, this $#*! sucks $#*!. Thank you.

I saw a number of reviews here stating that JustFab is a scam and charges their credit card every month without their consent. Wrong, before you sign up you are informed that if you DONT SKIP the month then yes you will be charged. I got mad at this at the very beginning when I was new to JustFab, but the trick is to receive mail from JustFab, they send you something at least every week. These emails remind me when it is time to skip the month if I won't be purchasing anything. Aside from this, I looove this site. I have never once been disappointed with my purchases. They get shipped to me within in the week of my purchase and the quality obviously isn't high end, but it works and lasts you quite a while. If you become a V. I. P member you get wicked deals every once in a while ( which I completely take advantage of). Get JustFab, I promise you won't be disappointed! Don't forget to skip though!

At least I know I'm not alone in having gotten involved with these shysters. When I received my initial purchase of over $125 of merchandise I had no idea of the VIP thing, either. It was all pure CRAP so I called to return it all, was told of the huge restock fee and fact that I had to pay for the return shipping. I did all that... got a cancellation number and just now (months later) realized they have still been charging my card every month since then. So... here comes the demand letter, the BBB complaint, the credit card company, and sites like this to complain. At least my bank is usually great about things like this... I'll be sure to attach some of your letters for proof that this is a scam happening all over the world. Thanks, ladies.

On JustFab, it's easy to find items that I like to add to my wardrobe. Making purchases is easy. Also if for some reason items are not a good fit when they arrives, Happy Returns is a wonderful option that I appreciate.
I am a member and have ordered a few times, although I do skip the monthly charge of $39.95. My problem is that every time I order from them it takes forever to receive the item. I ordered shoes on May 24,2019 hoping to get them for a wedding I was attending on 6/1/19, however, that did not happen. Now here it is 6/4/2019 and I still do not have them and with no expected arrival date. At one point it had today, 6/4/2019 as an arrival date, then it had changed to yesterday, 6/3/2019 as an arrival date. Yet, still no shoes. Seems funny they took my money immediately but I have no idea when my product will arrive. I guess it's time to cancel my subscription.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
