The worst

I just cancelled my account and I will never purchase a thing from that site again. Please save yourselves the bother and be very careful. If you don't skip the month, you will get charged £35 that month which can be redeemed for goods as credit but once you cancel, whatever credit you have left you will never get back so its all a ploy for you to either purchase or get charged.

I wish i could give 0 star.

Scam
June 25, 2018

Just called to find out why £35 has been taken out of my account to be told I've joined a VIP membership to collect "points" for Just Fab... I pay less for my phone bill! Why on earth would anyone want to collect point for something like Just Fab!? The woman on the phone told me I should of seen the small print but never have I ever been scammed into something like this. And judging by your reviews I see I'm one of many! I'll expect to be contacted in 48 hours too!

I was in need of some boots for winter I had seen ads on tv and they looked nice. In the last year I have ordered 3 pairs of boots I can no longer wear any of them due to the fact they have fallen to pieces. I contacted them as one pair I had less then 6 months and they refused to do anything

All I wanted was a nice pair of boots for my mum for Christmas, just a one off purchase. I was completely unaware this was a subscription/membership. It should be made much clearer that this is what you are signing up for. They took £35 from me in January and then another £35 from me in February. After checking my bank account and noticing this, I called them and had this cancelled immediately. I requested for £70 back, as this was my own money, and I was told no. They are keeping my own personal my I worked for as credits on their website. I have not ordered anything from Justfab other than a bar boots in December and now they have £70 of my money just as a profit as I have never brought anything from them. It just shocks me that i am being told I cannot have my money back. This needs to be stated clearly for anyone that uses this site. I don't want anyone else in my position.

I have been scammed into this fraudulent VIP account by Just Fab where £35.00 has been taken from my account since October 2014 which totals to £210.00. I am going to take this matter up with the relevant authorities as companies like this need to be stopped with their fraudulent activity! I shop online often and have never experienced this with other online retailers!

Total rip off

I cancelled my just fab account online! And a week later they still stook 35 pound from my bank. When I rang them they said I had to ring up to cancel. They were not interested in what I had to say & they had no way of giving me a refund.

The contract is VERY misleading. I didn't even realise I have became an vip member until I read the terms and conditions on my order confirmation which by then was to late to cancel. Luckily my friend and myself spotted the £35 a month before they could take any money out. But that's ridiclous it should be made more clear like in big bold writing that you are going to get charged £35 for crappy shoes each month. Ended up cancelling my order, and blocking them via my bank. As I have read numerous reviews of their account being cancelled and still being chargered. Ive been very lucky with this company but others not. Also had to pay to phone up to speak to someone while they spoke a load of crap on the phone to keep me on and charge me. I don't have time or money to waste on this company. Avoid! Far better companies out there!

Honestly, this company makes profit mainly on rip off and scams, I dont think there is alot more I could add to what has been said already on their policy of tricking you to sign up for their VIP membership and shock you with withdrawals from your account every month of 35£
I am just here to invite everyone to join me in an effort to sue this company, it is apparently clear that they try to trick people through including the term so subtly in their terms and conditions. After three transactions. How come after talks with a member of staff and cancelling my account with yourselves you still took funds from my account this leaves me with no other alternative but to recoup these funds by taking the appropriate channels. Stealth theft

I did not realise I had been taken for two lots of £35 until I received my monthly statement.
I called their consumer services who told me I had signed up when I agreed to the offer of 75% off my first purchase. At no time did I realise it meant this company could raid my account each month to the tune of £35. This I would never have agreed to. This company would not refund any of my money but stated I could use the credit to buy items up to the value of £70. No amount of arguing could generate a refund. My only avenue was to contact my card provider who was able to refund £35 but I am still in credit by £35 unfortunately its a case of use it or loose it. I will never deal with this company again. Its taught me a simple lesson look up the company reputation in advance. Its left a sour taste.

Do not shop here! They show offers then when you go to pay the offer suddenly expires and they charge you double! I ordered in November and I am still waiting for a refund! They have stolen my money! They never reply to emails and they want you to call them so that they can steal more money from you as they even charge you to call them! Scammers do not waste your money!

Scam of the century
December 8, 2017

I have order a pair of shoes, that I never received, because the delivery company (hermes) said that it was delivered to a neighbourg who doesn't exist. Then send me a ticket a week later "sorry we missed you".
Justfab refund my money. Then I discovered that they have took 35£ from my bank account. I have asked them to cancel that membership that I never tick for and refund my 35£.
They just refused asking me to call their special number. Then more money for a parcel that I never received.
I decided to suit this company because that is a New business, tick a box and take your money without your knowledge.
They are getting rich with your money.
Be aware.

As I said I ordered boots then saw the massive terms piece at the bottom of the order and panicked. I emailed the support email and asked to cancel my order, the contract and my membership. Rang them first thing in the morning and my money had been returned and everything cancelled. So it is possible to get out of it if you act quickly.

I bought just once from Justfab. 2 months later I realized unauthorized transactions into my account from Justfab. I have never given my permission for any silly membership. They took 140 pounds from my account and I still wait for a reply to my request for a full refund This is pure fraud!

I was scammed out of £70 and was assured it would be returned. I've never received this and what's worse the phone call to them cost me a fortune. The boots I did receive were atrocious! Its a long time since I've seen such poor quality. Ouragious. Stay away from this online shop.

I bought a pair of shoes back in May last year and only in February did i realise that they had signed me into this stupid VIP membership I did not agree to, and my account had been charged £35 every month. I immediately called them, cancelled my membership and demanded for full refund. In the following month I did receive the refund for 6 months, however, I just found out they have continued to take £35 out of my account even after I cancelled the membership. As some others say, you can never stop them charging you as long as they have your payment detail - I had to cancel my credit card.

They lure you in with an amazing "VIP membership, first purchase 75% off" and then take your money and not send your item. When logging into my account again they have completely removed my order from the order history tab, but have happily taken my money. And if I hadn't cancelled the membership they would of charged me £35 a month just to have this so called "VIP membership". I had been fooled from the TV advert, wish I had read others reviews first.

I have had the same problem as everyone. Money being taken out of my account.
No answer to phone number, so I contacted my bank and I have had them cancel the card payment. Its very easy to do, they send you a form to complete and then they will block all future payment attemps

I received an email stating: "Get your first pair for free! That's right, your first pair's on us. It's our best deal ever. Shop free styles [with attached hyperlink]".
I have called them twice because every time I try to check out, I get charged. The last man I talked with asked me if I could see "free styles" in the tab selection, as if I were an idiot- as if every online store has a "free" tab. In case you're curious, there is no "free styles" tab. He told me that he would talk to IT and call me back.
Somehow, I doubt I'm going to get a free pair of shoes.
I guess what bothers me the most is that they sent me an email making claims they couldn't support. I will update this, hopefully, if my situation is fixed. If not: consider yourself warned.

Terrible Company

This company are an absolute joke because if you don't skip a month they charge you £35 in which then you cannot get back. They took £35 from my bank account on 12th July 2017 and after several phone calls and numerous amounts of checking my account for the refund back I am still waiting for the money back. The last conversation I had with a sales person from fab was on 14th August who said they were having problems with payments leaving them but I would receive it in which she also gave me an authorisation number. I have still not received my money back and I would suggest that anyone thinking of opening account with them to not do it as I have had to go to great lengths to avoid this scam company taking anymore money from my bank account by changing my bank details. This company need reporting to trading standards as what they are doing cannot be legal.
