I have had the same problem as everyone. Money being taken out of my account.
No answer to phone number, so I contacted my bank and I have had them cancel the card payment. Its very easy to do, they send you a form to complete and then they will block all future payment attemps
Great offer for a pair of boots for 15 quid. Really poor quality and would have cost 54 quid. Was a hassle to organise their return but got it refunded. Then I get an email and they took £35 from my PayPal account. It seems I became a VIP member without any clarity about getting charged on a regular basis. The quality is poor and am shocked at how they do business. I have called and requested a refund today. Let's see if I am refunded this week as they said.
I purchased a few pairs of shoes through JustFab. They are Primark quality. I set an alarm on my calender to remind me to skip the month each month. Earlier in the year I used live chat to cancel my account. I stopped skipping the month and didn't have anymore money deducted until this month. I have contacted them again and they refuse to refund my money, cancel my account or delete my personal data. I have had to open a transaction dispute straight to my bank and I will be researching how to make a complaint.
I haven't bought anything from this provider since 2014 unfortunately I have only just noticed since banking on line which I only started a few months ago that this company have been taking £35pm every month and I have had no offers or emails since March 2015. I'm absolutely fuming and I will be taking this to the national press.
I bought just once from Justfab. 2 months later I realized unauthorized transactions into my account from Justfab. I have never given my permission for any silly membership. They took 140 pounds from my account and I still wait for a reply to my request for a full refund This is pure fraud!
So I looked at my bank statement and noticed £35 had been taken out from JustFab. I then browsed through my emails to try and find anything regarding this payment. Nothing. It was only when I searched 'justfab' that I found dozens of emails, some of which informed me that JustFab had taken £35 out of my account without my knowledge or consent. This has happened since July. That's over £100 that I've been scammed out of! I did some research online and found that this scam has happened to many people due to the sketchy terms in the T&C's. The first site that expects people to read this (I imagine this is how the company convinces themselves that they are ethical). I did not agree to have this money taken from my account nor do I recall agreeing to this VIP con. In the email it provided a number to call 'any time' to cancel, when I called I was told offices were shut. Not really 'any time' then is it? I will call again tomorrow and demand a refund. I feel completely violated by this and JustFab should be ashamed of themselves. Total con, people. Do not shop here or purchase anything online because you will have hundreds of pounds stolen from you. Disgusting.
The same awful situation with £35 VIP membership card...
I understood what is going on after 6 months.
Please remove my account I'm not able to do shopping in the near future. I have no money.
Please delete my account

This company are an absolute joke because if you don't skip a month they charge you £35 in which then you cannot get back. They took £35 from my bank account on 12th July 2017 and after several phone calls and numerous amounts of checking my account for the refund back I am still waiting for the money back. The last conversation I had with a sales person from fab was on 14th August who said they were having problems with payments leaving them but I would receive it in which she also gave me an authorisation number. I have still not received my money back and I would suggest that anyone thinking of opening account with them to not do it as I have had to go to great lengths to avoid this scam company taking anymore money from my bank account by changing my bank details. This company need reporting to trading standards as what they are doing cannot be legal.
Found out today that just fab have been charging me via an old card (don't know how) since December 2015 when I bought one pair of boots. That's £700 they have taken from me without me having any idea or being notified via email or mail.im a 22 year old university student and I'm absolutely sickened that they have taken this much money from me.
They take your money before ordering, really unfair and uncool oh and terrible quality of the clothes
Hello Wilma,
We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with JustFab and we would love the opportunity to make it up to you. A member of member services will contact you shortly.
Best,

Didn't think companies like this still existed. Sly and deceitful, were not upfront at all about after first order charging you £35 per month for VIP membership, not something I would sign up to EVER with any company! Hoping to get my money back today after speaking with the ombudsman. Do not use this company, can't believe how many other people have had this happen to them, should be ashamed!
I have been receiving many mails from this website and tried to give it a try, I was very excited and happy I got an oversized dress that was just hideous and I can't exchange for money of for another product and now I'm getting money deducted from my account each month for things I didnt't buy.
This is just a fraud and a website to steal money.
Avoid this company! Brought a pair of boots as they say a discounted price for your first pair. Which is how they get you. Paid and so on, few days later saw it on my bank statement £17 i think. Then a couple of weeks later £35 was taken out my account. I phone to say they had made a mistake as charged the full amount instead. I was on hold for forever which run up my phone bill. I finally got through to someone who told me i was a VIP and had signed up to their monthly membership... i said no thank you and so on. She told me to get the discounted first pair i had ticked a box to be one of their VIP's. I remember reading this saying emails of discounts etc bit im thinking am i blind where did it say £35. I then argued with this women as i told her repeatedly i wanted to cancel. She then told me if i cancel i wont get my refund but if i stayed as a VIP she could refund this time and i wold have to use their "opt out button" each month. I was on the phone nearly an hour so just agreed. Few days later £35 went back into my account and then tried to go through my bank to cancel but was told to phone online. I was very busy that day day with my newborn and did not have time to sit on the phone again so decided to use the opt out which seemed to work. But when i looked at my account the next day where just fab had put the £35 back in they were just as quick to take it back out. So the following day i rang my bank what a drama that was! They said they would stop any payments been taken from them. Then told me have i notified them and there terms and conditions etc. You cant talk to Just Fab i tried twice they are thieves! Even when you try to cancel there is no way out i was so angry with this women on the phone, they do not listen. Im a single mum with a new born as my partner decided to run off with a younger model half way through my pregnancy do they really think i can afford £35 each month... NO :O ! I decided to try and remember which is not easy to still opt out each month on the safe side but where on earth had the button gone? It says i have 4 days to opt out or i will be credited £35. I feel the only way maybe to change my card? My bank have said this and that but i still think this will be taken... I'm panicking. What a horrible, nasty, thieving bunch of people this company is and the shoes are not all that! So upsetting please dont fall for what i did :(
JustFab was alright at the beginning because the stuff was quite unique. Now it's a load of crap - everything is £35 and it's hardly worth £10. Takes 3 to 4 weeks for a return and standard delivery is like 2 weeks. And if you forget to skip a month and have a £35 automatically deducted, you can't use your "credit" aka your money, on any sale items or promotions. They are criminals, steer clear, their quality is not worth it.
Had any of you girls returned your money they steal every month? Maybe someone know if it's possible? Becouse I'm shocked about JustFab froud. Without any ordering I got the same ''VIP membership'' and without any warning they just steal money from bank acout like that... I just noticed that when I got email from paypal that JustFab charged £35 from me. So, what to do?
I purchased a pair of boots at £8-75p an £35-00 has been deducted from my credit card every month since 7th February the last been on 7th May a total of £140-00 which is rediculous I want this money returned to my account immediately An want to cancel my account when this is sorted
Cancelled and still got charged 35 pound think they need investigating chat lines talk the talk they should send me the recording apparently they kept charging because I agreed to keep my account running I case I changed my mind I kept saying as long as you don't take anymore money 35 pound again made me overdrawn again so its more so angry
Holy moly this company are pure thieves, extremely shady tactics and preying on people (majority) who have better things to do in their lives than SKIPPING MONTH or else u get charged 35 pounds, thats a LOT of money i'd say. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. I got charged 3 times within a year - thats like 100 pounds and their products definitely don't reflect the price they charge, they're garbage. The jeans are made of cheap quality fabrics that don't stretch at all and everything just cheap looking af...
Don't buy with just thieves, they're 100% horrible and unethical - should be shut down tbh
If I could give it a minus score I would. Ordered a pair of shoes, which didn't fit so had to refund. Once asking for a refund I was informed I was a VIP member, which I had automatically been signed up for without informing me after ordering the shoes. I then found out this membership takes £35 a month from your account unless you skip the boutique your assigned for that month. How am I meant to skip a boutique when I wasn't aware I had this membership or that it meant there's a monthly charge? So I then deleted my account immediately, which I asked them to do, I got confirmation via email that they had done this to them find they've still charged me for this month, regardless of the fact I cancelled my account weeks ago! I was then told to hold on the line after calling them to resolve this, when I told her I didn't want to be put on hold when it costs to call from uk to Asia she said okay just please hold, after explaining again she explained that they would resolve this phone call cost issue and didn't. They trick people in to a membership so they can take monthly fees without the customers being aware and do this buy advertising 'first pair for £9'. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.
Answer: No. Just buy a shoe with it and remember to always skip before the 7th of the following month.
Answer: Omg that's terrible - I actually emailed them as didn't find a number - telling them I wish to cancel my so called membership immediately and to refund me the money and that I had informed the bank and PayPal that no more transactions will be coming from me. Also if you have paid with PayPal - THEY will refund it - cancel and block any more transactions to justfab. I also told them I would be contacting watchdog about them and I have - the more people to contact watchdog will mean it will be covered nationwide and hopefully closing down these con artists - good luck in getting your money back - advertise the fact that it cost you £169 for the telephone call
