Scammers won't go away

We have been scammed by people trying to trick us buying our timeshare. It sounded too good to be true but we got sucked in. We realized we were being scammed but needed guidance getting out. Great guidance and reassurance.

It may not have been the answer I wanted but it was the answer I needed.

I was told I would be charged $5 to talk to a technician. They recommended a phone call vs. chat. They did not tell me about the $40 membership fee.
Fortunately the technician continued speaking with me via chat and helped me problem solve.

Technician gets a solid 5 + star!

Initial bot conversation needs to be a little more clear.
However, the charge was canceled. So ultimately it was a good experience. Unfortunately i have been mislead in the past and did not want to end up with more charges.

Dumbfounded and desperate...

Needed advice for kitten with diarrhea.

The online vet did a nice job of advising me about my kitten with diarrhea. I have the medication at home because I have other cats. She saved me from an expensive vet visit today so I can take my kitty next week for his big visit next week.

Thermadore freezer door handle came loose. Contractor Dan H. Through Just Answer found detailed and complex information necessary to complete the repair. It required a complete dismantling of the door removing 10 fasteners and three trim panels in order to obtain access to the two loose handle bolts. Time: 2 hrs

Kia sorento 2005

My day job is hgv tech, a driver needed help with his sorento, on investigation i had worked out that there was a central locking controler, this i found out was called an etacs module, pat was able to tell me exactly where to find it, with it unplugged the parasitic drain on the battery was gone, this in turn tells me we had a short to ground that has been the fault and the most likely reason for central locking failure. With help from patric i was only on the job for about 15minutes,
