70 year old needed help

I was very frustrated when I lost Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Tried downing Office 365 but kept running into roadblocks. I contacted Best Buy to make an appointment, and they help me right away. They took down my information and put me in touch with a gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helped me get the field back. I WOULD refer them if you need help

A screen warning message appeared requesting me to click on an option. I couldn't get my response to work. Sony put me through to JustAnswer although I don't think that I got a message letting me know that. I initially thought it was Sony itself directly handling it. My instructions were easy to follow (well it was hard to reach the power cord and hold the on/off switch because the plug was a little inconvenient to reach. I didn't need all of the instructions and that became slightly confusing. But, after only a couple of the steps laid out, the message on my tv screen was gone; the sound came back on and the picture seems better than ever. I don't know if that last item is real, but it looks VERY good. The whole process was interesting and effective.

I received helpful comments from one of your experienced lawyers after an unwise decision on my part to pay a company I had not dealt with before. It was only after I had done this that Norton alerted me to the fact that the company concerned was probably fraudulent. I no longer wished to deal with them. Also, after considerable thought, I decided that I needed to terminate my online agreement with "Just Answer" to make a monthly payment to cover any crisis in the future. Unfortunately, I did not realise that I was not making ends meet - due to my own carelessness financially - and could not afford to continue with your help. This, in no way, is due to any fault with "Just Answer", so I apologise for my actions.

I liked that the doctor was able to elaborate when giving me answers to my questions. That helped so that, in the moment, I could think of new questions.And include them in my chat versus later on, thinking about them and coming back.
