Anthony went above and beyond over several days to help me with trying to get my Kobo Aura 2 working again. He sent me very detailed step-by-step instructions of various methods for a fix. In the end, I accepted Kobo's offer of a free Kobo (refurnished) upon the return on my non-working Kobo. It was just too old. Highly recommend technician Anthony!

1st helper was going okay until he got me confused with someone working on a Nook & disconnected me, the 2nd helper (Adam)was much better & we deduced that getting a new power adaptor from Amazon would be the quickest & easiest next step before contacting Cricut Customer Care.
