Anthony was awesome!

Anthony went above and beyond over several days to help me with trying to get my Kobo Aura 2 working again. He sent me very detailed step-by-step instructions of various methods for a fix. In the end, I accepted Kobo's offer of a free Kobo (refurnished) upon the return on my non-working Kobo. It was just too old. Highly recommend technician Anthony!

Connection issue with Maker & Laptop

1st helper was going okay until he got me confused with someone working on a Nook & disconnected me, the 2nd helper (Adam)was much better & we deduced that getting a new power adaptor from Amazon would be the quickest & easiest next step before contacting Cricut Customer Care. We shall see if getting a new power supply is the fix or not.

Helpful - but to many window switches

Once I was able to chat with someone everything was fine. A phone call was recommended so I requested that. Call never came but the original browser window was still opened and the bot assigned me to a chat. During the chat I recalled the password I had forgotten and was able to sign into my xbox account. I have to wait 24 hours to get into my actual Microsoft account because I have run out of security code requests for 2FA
