I noticed that my left ankle was swollen. The doctor on Just Answer suggested that, given the information thalt I had no other symptoms and am 90 years old he suggested that i keep the foot elevated while sitting for long periods. Seems toe work.

2016 denali had no power. Checked battery changed battery and still no power. Was clueless on what it could be. But after the mechanics help we were able to determine the issue. Highly recommend if having any mechanical issues. Who would of thought this would be so helpful. Thank you

I thought it was going to a scam but was amazed. The guru I believe his name was has over 30 years experience. He answered so fast with such great knowledge, was so willing to help, looked over documents for me took my opinions and thoughts into consideration and gave me great advice. Can't thank him enough!
The initial set-up appointment was well done. After getting the new computer home and hooked up I found that we (-I-) forgot a few items. A call to the Geek Squad online transferred me to Just Answer.
The gentleman who came on to assist in the completion was polite, patient and very we suited to the job.
With half an hour he added the things I missed earlier and made several adjustments to the settings.

I tried to use my stove top cooker and noticed that a red light was on and it started making this loud buzzing sound. The noise was loud enough to be scary. I got an expert and he asked me if the cooker was cleaned recently. Yes, it was cleaned about an hour earlier. He said it was just moisture and I should unplug it and wait a couple of hours. Also suggested I could use a hair dryer to dry it for faster drying. Anyways, 2 hours later, the cooker was still making the noise but less loudly. So I unplugged it again and lit it manually with a lighter and resolved the problem. If I had called someone out for this, they would have charged 200$. I paid 5 bucks and got an answer. Not bad at all.
Found "Just Answer" online... It indicated I could ask a question for $2.00 and asked for my credit card number. Tyler was great help and solved my problem. I didn't understand that I would be charged more than $60.00 for a subscription. I only wanted one question answered. I cancelled but the amount is now on my card. I want it removed. Not Tyler's fault.
For the symptoms I described to the doctor turned out to be right along with what the doctor told me at the veterinarian emergency. The recommendation to take my dog into the emergency was an accurate one. By taking our family companion in, saved him a lot of future suffering. Thank for your help.
Very happy with my Experience! Was contacted to a vet in 3 minutes that answered all my questions and put my mind to easy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you! My 14 year old dog got into her medicine and ate half a bottle. Called my vet they said to call poison control was on hold with them for over an hour (guess they only of one line for the whole country). Meanwhile, I got my dog to throw up a couple of the pills with 3% peroxide. The next 24 hours her heart rate was a little high but she ate and pooped like normal. Next morning was online doing more research and came across Just Answered and the Vet put my mind to easy. Thank you again!
When I got in contact I had a simple question. I asked how much and she text me $5.00 so I gave you my card you actually charged $51.00 which prompted a call from my card fraud department. I told them we have it in writing that it was suppose to be $5.00 and I cancelled the card…. I better not be charged. I am really upset with the sneaky business practices!
I was very confused to find charges on my Bank card that i was not familiar with. There was one that happened on April 25 and after talking to my bank there was another charge back on Jan 24 from the same company. After talking to my bank i was lucky to talk to Ms. Sarkar from JustAnswer who walked me through step by step what i needed to do to get a refund for these two charges- and to make sure my Bank cancels any subscription so no further charges will be made- Thanks again for being professional, Kind and so very helpful!
My doberman swallowed a winter glove at the park. When my husband came home and told me what had happened I looked on line for a solution. Found " Just answer". They were quick in calling me and advising me how to make him bring up the glove. Had 2 hrs before it would be too late. Saved me a trip to an emergency vet as it was late evening and my vet was closed. So glad I found them, they saved me from spending a whole lot of money on a possible emergency surgery.
This was a great experience, only $5 dollars to instantly get connected with a vet! Obviously sometimes it's hard to describe what's going on so the fact that I could just send a photo and got an immediate response on how to properly care for my pet was amazing. Definitely recommend
It was a lot of effort, but no results... disappointed Initially, the offer for more information seemed legit... later after all the effort, there was very little to show for my time. Probably would not use this window again.

I have a geriatric yorkie who is about 14 yrs old. She was vomiting a lot one night. The next day I had to work. When I got home my Mom said that she had slept all day and not eaten or drank anything. She was very weak. I stumbled on this site and thought, maybe I can gain some insight on how to help her tonight. Cyrus called a short time later and listened intently. He said that he thought she may have pancreatitis. She had it before about a year ago too. He gave me the name of the meds that the vet would have prescribed at the earlier event. I found that I had some left over from last time! I gave it to her that evening, along with water and chicken broth through a syringe before we went to bed. Woke up this morning and she was doing SO MUCH better! She ate her food this morning and was up moving around. So glad he was able to properly identify the issue and tell me the name of the meds! THANK YOU CYRUS.
They did a good job of getting all of the data on my dog. After the Vet. Looked at the information and found out when it happened. He told me what I should look for that would be trouble and what I could do to help the situation. At this point I am watching the dog and if I detect any problem I will refer to my local veternarian.
