I noticed that my left ankle was swollen. The doctor on Just Answer suggested that, given the information thalt I had no other symptoms and am 90 years old he suggested that i keep the foot elevated while sitting for long periods. Seems toe work.

I tried to use my stove top cooker and noticed that a red light was on and it started making this loud buzzing sound. The noise was loud enough to be scary. I got an expert and he asked me if the cooker was cleaned recently. Yes, it was cleaned about an hour earlier. He said it was just moisture and I should unplug it and wait a couple of hours. Also suggested I could use a hair dryer to dry it for faster drying. Anyways, 2 hours later, the cooker was still making the noise but less loudly. So I unplugged it again and lit it manually with a lighter and resolved the problem. If I had called someone out for this, they would have charged 200$. I paid 5 bucks and got an answer. Not bad at all.
My doberman swallowed a winter glove at the park. When my husband came home and told me what had happened I looked on line for a solution. Found " Just answer". They were quick in calling me and advising me how to make him bring up the glove. Had 2 hrs before it would be too late. Saved me a trip to an emergency vet as it was late evening and my vet was closed. So glad I found them, they saved me from spending a whole lot of money on a possible emergency surgery.
This was a great experience, only $5 dollars to instantly get connected with a vet! Obviously sometimes it's hard to describe what's going on so the fact that I could just send a photo and got an immediate response on how to properly care for my pet was amazing. Definitely recommend
Deuyo - very dishonest company. My dress order received- didn't fit. No packing slip or info re: return. I wrote letter to company that shipped it. No reply. On line with Deuyo service. Com. Not much help- I had to pay to get Tech. - agreed pay $5 ( it would be refunded) My credit card was charged $40 FOUR TIMES …
Also, another card because my first card ( was alert and denied charges) $40.
No info -1st Tech Didn't speak English clearly.
Still no info on return - I am turning this over to a LAWYER- Deuyo stated returns / refund. Stated dress made in South Carolina - I found out company in England. Very dishonest company..

I have a geriatric yorkie who is about 14 yrs old. She was vomiting a lot one night. The next day I had to work. When I got home my Mom said that she had slept all day and not eaten or drank anything. She was very weak. Woke up this morning and she was doing SO MUCH better! She ate her food this morning and was up moving around. So glad he was able to properly identify the issue and tell me the name of the meds! Friendly, very professional. Dr. Mike listened to my issues with my cat. He covered various things that might be going on@ asked frequent questions. He also advised various sprays@ additives to use with food for me to try. Also he sent me a list containing all that we discussed along with the names of the sprays and meds so I could focus on our talk instead of me having to write everything down.

My technical advisor was a real expert. She asked clear questions and provided deliberate easy to follow instructions. She was also very concise about the why of managing cards and what to do about ordering another. She was caring and clear. I imagine the advisors are often working on more than one enquiry at a time because the responses were not quick but when you have been waiting for weeks to find a solution it was worth the 30sec - 45sec pauses. I highly recommend callers be patient, clear about what they need, able to list solutions they have already tried, have account details at the ready. They can help us faster when we have what they need.
I have a goat I was worried about. Hard and expensive to get a vet that will visit a goat. They are too big for dog vets, too small for horse vets, apparently.

For several months, my husband, having his sound on with his iPhone Pro Max, was unable to hear a tone/sound letting him know I had texted him. For all other text messages coming in from other people, his phone alerted him each time.
