My dog ate a petrified mouse. At seven pm She puked A couple of times. I was very worried that she was really sick. I was, i'm sure where I could take her to A vet at this time of night. So I googled the problem. Just ask came up in the search bar. So I contacted it. After 25 minutes or so, Dr. Black texted me. We discussed options and possible problems with my dog. He told me what to do for her. The next morning she was back to her normal self. I am very grateful for Dr Black and Just Ask... Thank you.

Not a reliable site

Appraiser did not continue with chat and I'm being charge for the monthly subscription even tho it said refundable, $5 to chat and subscription for $45 monthly, $50 charge, very suspicious site!

Panic in Alaska

I was having non- connectivity issues between my tv and home wi-fi. First time and it was weird. Did a Google search and this option with JustAnswer popped up. It was a good experience, my technician, Carl Davis, was great. I felt like my big brother was helping me. Thanks Carl!

Timely and detailed answers.

Dr Mike was quick to respond and gave me very easy to understand answers. He also gave me options on items my dog required for his skin issues. He asked questions and asked for pictures to be sure he was understanding my explanation. I will ask for him again if I need help. Great Job Dr. Mike!

Our dog got into some holiday chocolate and the vet helped us calculate that the amount ingested was mild. We monitored her through the night and she was fine. Saved us an expensive emergency vet bill.

Tranquilizers for my dogs

The trazodone from my vet are way too large to for my 7yo dog to swallow... mine are smaller, I wanted to know if I could give her mine. Dr. Emily called me within minutes. Advised me on the dosages per MG to give her. I'm extremely happy that I found the right site to get help.

Hulu buffering probs

The Vet was great to talk to.

The advice given was based on the information provided by me describing the situation and my dog's history. The vet reassured me that the amount of chocolate that my dog consumed was well below the threshold for concern. This gave me peace of mind and saved a trip to the emergency vet and or possibly needing to induce vomiting.

Perfect behaviour from the doctor, very pleasant to deal with, only the difference in our country's rules make a difference, but as for professional behaviour I'd say the Dr is one I'd see if in the same country
