Well, I did everything that I learned from YouTube about how to troubleshoot an Opal Counter Top Ice Machine. But there was one thing I couldn't find out about the compressor. Then I contacted JustAnswer and within 20 minutes I received a call from Mark and after speaking with him he answered all of questions I had after he had me explain what steps have I already done. He targeted this issue I had. Sorry to say the compressor had lost its charge. I was recommended to buy new because in this case was not worth putting something new into the older machine. I have contacted JustAnswer before about a refrigerator ice maker they told me exactly what to do to fix that.
While the person who assisted me was terrific - it's really a way for Apple to avoid speaking g directly with its customers. Not happy with Apple but your person was good.

On 30 March I was charged $55.00. When I read what the charged was I exited the program right away before getting an answer. They charged me anyway. I do not recommend this website!

I didn't initially hear everything I wanted to hear, but I did hear what I needed to hear. So I had to explain more thoroughly in response to good questions.
I had never used, or needed to use, this service. But, I can honestly say my first experience was very positive. In fact, accidentally I read it four stars. It should be five stars, but I couldn't go back in and edit my rating. The Appraiser, should be five stars, he did a very good job. Over and above.
This phone call saved my boys life, actually. If she hadn't told me to get emergency care immediately he would have died from a blockage that I didn't even know existed. I'm beyond happy I talked to her and she was so nice-she obviously cared that Kurt got help. It was really sweet and I appreciate her so much!
