They answer all my questions and everything then they tell me it's only going to cost me $5 then I went to look at my account and they took $46 out as well as the five.
Matthew was not familiar with the hidden turn table in my whirlpool model. He told me to take the turn table out, clean out the crumbs, and make sure it was placed on the cog correctly. I would need a service manual some metric tools and who knows what else. You could tell that he thought he was talking to an idiot that wouldn't do this first before calling for service.
The kicker, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $47.00. I'M SO SICK OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

My ge profile wouldn't start. The technician explained what i needed to do and why, he told me to unplug it for 6 minutes and try again. And now it works.

My Frenchie grabbed some poison and ran. I was able to get most out of his mouth but was obviously concerned. The vet was reassuring and helpful. All turned out fine.
It was extreamly difficult situation and hard to understand each other but it all worked out we will find out after talking to customer services due to numbers not being correct?

Well, I did everything that I learned from YouTube about how to troubleshoot an Opal Counter Top Ice Machine. But there was one thing I couldn't find out about the compressor. Then I contacted JustAnswer and within 20 minutes I received a call from Mark and after speaking with him he answered all of questions I had after he had me explain what steps have I already done. He targeted this issue I had. Sorry to say the compressor had lost its charge. I was recommended to buy new because in this case was not worth putting something new into the older machine. I have contacted JustAnswer before about a refrigerator ice maker they told me exactly what to do to fix that.
