I was away from home at work, and my daughter called with some concern about our cat making choking noises and being very restless. The vet gave us some good ideas on things to watch for and helped my daughter calm down since she was home with the cat alone.

Chat line was tedious, but the vet did help and dog is improving after probably ingesting something which caused apparent hallucinations. We have wild mushrooms growing outside after the rain, but we never saw her ingest anything. It's still a mystery.

Knowing chocolate is toxic to dogs, I googled for direction on what to do. Found a link to JustAnswer and was connected to a vet in@3 minutes! The vet provided quick and detailed instructions on how to induce vomiting and provided after care instructions. Bailey's amount of chocolate ingestion required this action. The vet was online chatting the entire time! Bailey is doing fine and I was able to avoid a costly and time consuming vet visit. It was a great experience in fixing what could have been a devastating situation.
We had intense conversation and have not finished. I worked fixing the problem finding menu items and installing software. During this process you popup window pops up with the request to rate your representative - it disturbed me. This pop up window was annoying and I clicked anything (3 stars) to remove it. Do not disturb chat with you representative with rate question!
At the end I would give 5 stars to the representative but I cannot change this 3 stars after.

I can't believe I paid for zero decent advice or direction from a person called Ian. My question was where was the fuse that control my electric seat in my 2014 Jayco Seneca 37 FS motorhome that was not working. I explained that I had no blown fuses in the two boxes in the motor compartment of the motorhome. He told me to look under or around the steering wheel. I quickly told him there was no fuse box anywhere around the drivers side cab location. He responded it must be in the two boxes that I told him I already looked and that was it. He left the chat with no further responses, nothing about maybe he did not know and would get me further assistance, NOTHING.

We had an eight month old, based and spayed cat die suddenly and were concerned for our other three cats who seem to be doing fine. My dryer would no "catch" when the start button was pressed. Matthew's response was immediate and he was able to diagnose the problem right away from my detailed description and answers to his questions. He sent me a great video describing how to open up the dryer and verify his diagnosis: a broken drive belt that needs to be replaced. That was indeed what the problem was. That same video also shows how to replace it. I will now order a new belt and do the replacement. Matthew said he would answer any questions I have when I do that. I am extremely happy with the help i got from Matthew and Just Answer.
I was kind of debating in my mind what I thought was wrong with my dog and if I should take her to a veterinarian on Sunday afternoon or what so I got so I found this place online and I got the answers that I needed confirmation tomorrow
I was sucked in to have a question answered by saying all I had to pay was a $5.00 refundable payment. When I said ok my PayPal was charged $34.00! What a scam!
They answer all my questions and everything then they tell me it's only going to cost me $5 then I went to look at my account and they took $46 out as well as the five.
