Contacted Just Ask this morning, (14 hrs ago) explain the emergency with my pet. Told to give my credit card info without any indication of cost. Then were transferred to a bot. They hit my bank account twice and never provided me with a Vet to help my seriously sick animal. I would never recommend this service to anyone. They are frauds and thieves!
The vet that called us was very helpful and answering questions, making suggestions and offering recommendations in the event. The prescribed methods didn't help.

My engine wouldn't turn over and Harris diagnosed it over the phone. I haven't done the repairs yet but being an automotive mechanic in the past I believe his diagnosis to be spot on. I did not say that I had previous mechanical experience at first, I had an idea of the problem and Harris went straight to the most probable cause. After downloading the app and paying for the subscription, I was connected with a truck mechanic that couldn't really help me, but he told me that within minutes of messaging in him. He reconnected me with somebody that could help me and Eric went above and beyond to help me fix the driver proportion controls on my S 65 Genie boom lift. He walked me through testing the joystick for voltage to make sure I was getting power to it. Once we knew we had power, he walked me through chasing down the wires in the lower control box. He was able to tell me exactly which wires and exactly which terminals to test. We figured out that the wires that were supposed to be connected to the steering manifold solenoid were disconnected. It took about 45 minutes to finally get in touch with a technician that was able to help me, however, I did not have to sit on hold that entire time. They notified me when they were ready to help me. When I finally did get in contact with Eric he spent at least 20 minutes, helping me to diagnose the problem and then fix it. We were able to send pictures back-and-forth of wiring diagrams, and he could see what I was looking at, and it made the process much smoother. I will not hesitate to use just ask again.
My technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the way the low and high beams work. He advised that my dealer's technician could adjust the shade over the low beam within state specifications but adjusting higher would make oncoming traffic think my high beams were on.
