I ordered a part for my Jura and it showed in stock and their website indicates orders received in approx 5 days. Showed processing for a week but never showed Shipped, and of course they charged card immediately. Sent a message via their Contact Us and no response. Called their number and no voicemail available. 3 days later sent a LiveChat request (first hint. Should not take a legit company 1-2 days to respond to a live Chat. They put that in writing on their site! Opened a second trouble ticket and advised that if I did not hear by EOB I would dispute which I did.

Had our Z 6 serviced

Cant Thank Jura Parts.com enough for doing an excellent job servicing our Z 6 coffee machine. It came back quickly and works as if it was new again. The machine was 6 years old and used everyday. Worth every dollar to have it overhauled. Thannks again Juraparts.com.

Had a 2 year old x8 machine develop a leak. I reached out to this company multiple times and never had a response either via phone or email. For all I can tell, this company no longer exists.

Give them a call and see how that goes. How about an email? Out and out scammer. Natalie Johnson and her side kick James Calcagni Jr. Are 2 peas in a pod. Taking others money and disregarding the responsibilities of being a business owner. Shame on them.

Reliable Service

Our family has used Jura-Parts.com for over 12 years at times the four espresso machines, that we all have. Every few years the Jura Machines require maintenance and Jura-Parts has been our reliable go to for speedy maintenance when the machines stop working. They've always come back right away as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Our most recent repair was difficult because the parts necessary for the repair were no longer being made. Jura-Parts found a solution, using spare machines they had on hand and really raised the bar for great service. I highly recommend this company.

I sent my Jura Z5 for a repair with $500 check. RThey took the money and after almost 2 month of trying to get in touch with them they informed me they cannot repair and ask to pay $299.99 for a refurbished machine very old Impressa C5 instead. I did not have any choice, sent them the payment. They sent a unit which stopped working within three month. I called, emailed them, no respond what so ever. Do not do business with this company, they are not good people/company, they took my $800, and did not perform. Their owner does not deserve to be called a "Veteran". Do not believe their catchy slogan "It's not our intention to satisfy our customers, or to please our customers: Our intention is to amaze them."

Total SCAMMERS - RIPOFF ARTIST

Sent my machine and $520 to this company for repairs. They keep your machine and your money. I called 20+ times got voicemail (when it wasn't full) left messages with the receptionist twice trying to get a call back, status of my machine, sent lots of emails. NEVER got a response. Finally 5 months later get an email telling they don't have a part to fix my machine. They still won't answer the phone, my emails, send my machine or money back. TOTAL RIP-OFF, and THEIF. Take my advice and NEVER do business with these UNETHICAL people. I am told that James is the owner, he is obviously a scared wimp that takes your money and hides behind the phone. Karma is a $#*! and you WILL get yours James

Legit small business. My machine was retuned to me unrepaired and with a full refund as I requested.

I decided to utilize Jura-Parts and Repair Services because I am a disabled Veteran from Pennsylvania and yours is a Veteran owned small business in Pennsylvania. This coffee machine was a retirement gift from my Soldiers and family for 23 years of service. After waiting some time I was provided a FedEx shipping label. I followed all shipping instructions and sent the machine via FedEx on or about 2 May. FedEx tracking shows it was delivered (5 May) and my check for $450 that was in the box the machine was in was cashed on 12 May (Navy Federal Credit Union). I was not notified that my machine arrived nor have I received any updates on the repair. I have put in some 6 or more "tickets" that no one has responded to and I have called numerous times only to hear that the mailbox is full (I cannot leave a message). I am pretty sure I am out the $450 and I will not see my machine again. I am saddened and ashamed that a Veteran would conduct themselves and their business in this manner.

So far so good!

I read reviews on here but I still decided to purchase a small part for my Jura coffee machine because I did not have many options. I'm so happy with my purchase and the shipping time. The order shipped from PA within 10 hours of ordering and was delivered to NYC in 2 days (standard shipping option). I placed another order today for a few more parts and the order has already been shipped (maybe 4 hours after ordering). So far I'm pretty impressed with the service I've received!

Jura-Parts produces demon spawns. They found out Greg (Head Tech) was "We The People" and fired him. Then Jura-Parts found out that I am and support "We The People" 100%. Because of this Jura-Parts cancelled my account and will not sell Jura parts to me anymore. Let's Go Brandon!

Don't bother ordering from this site. No customer service. I sent in a request to find out where my order was as the tracking still shows the items have not shipped. Crickets... lessoned learned. I will never use this company again

Guess Im lucky compared

I ordered 3 items I received 2 of the items so guess I'm lucky compared to the rest on here, but guess what they don't answer the phone and will not answer the trouble tickets either go figure, as a veteran myself it's embarrassing that someone with this messed up of a company is touting that to get business. I can see now why they are not affiliated with Jura, Jura probably don't want to have anything to do with them.

Never received what I bought

I bought two items from Jura Parts, but only got one. I opened a ticket with their helpdesk and was advised the part was not in stock and they'd ship the part when they got it. Two months went by with me sending them a new update request every week or so... always with the same response. Finally, I asked for my money back and have heard zero from them since.

Pretty terrible communication and business practice. Won't be buying from them in the future.

This is the biggest piece of sh*t and Jura should be embarrassed to put their name on it. I can't believe the glass doesn't break in shipping it is so THIN! I have bought two and they have both broken after minimal use. I think they spend more on the packaging to get it to you without breaking then they do on the actual container. Seriously I have never seen anything made with glass this thin! Shameful to sell this to loyal customers and to offer no recourse. I never leave a bad review without giving the Co. A chance to make it right. I got sorry we have no warranty on our glass products... wise more since it's again a piece of Sh*t!

Machine came back broken
January 20, 2021

I had series of problems. The first repair didn't repair my Jura F-50. It came back in worse shape than before --- makes extremely loud noise and didn't make coffee. So I had to send it back. Then when it came back the second time, the cover of the coffee bean receptor was broken and it came off. It took over a month to repair a machine, and it came back broke. After paying over $1,000 for the coffee machine and additional $400 for service, I was extremely disappointed.

One more thing --- I'm an original box guy so I can re-pack anything I have into the original box when I move. Naturally, I sent my Jura in the original box, inside outer box (double-boxed). The original box is good because it has all the packing materials and I could firmly secure it inside. But they toss my original box, they don't sell any extra box for a fee. Yes, they say "don't send the original box" in the web site for security reasons (?) but they don't say they won't return them. I am really dismayed that they seem to try hard to lose customers.

The Jura Machine I have broke for the first time in Jan of 2020 and I first sent it to Jura-parts on Jan 10 of 2020 paying for the service $450. Since then the machine broke 5 more times until I sent it for the 6th time for repair on Oct 22 of 2020. The machine never worked after repair for more than a 1-2 weeks (except after the last time they sent it to me, it worked for 1.5 months and then broke). Several times the machine was dead on arrival. The 11 months period is longer because I could not send it for repair for a long time, because the office was closed during Coved 19. When I inquired the last time after a machine was in repair at Jura-parts for more than a month I received the following email from Ron Oz: Good afternoon, Thank you for your correspondence. We have sent you an invoice for 175$ to cover the warranty. Once paid machine will be fixed and sent home. Kind regards; Ron Oz Jura Parts Admin Jura-Parts.com It was pure extortion: 1. There is no mentioning on their website any warranty for $175 2. Nobody told me upfront that I have to pay additional $175 3. Jura-parts never fully repaired the machine to fulfill their own warranty: Jura-Parts.com Co. Warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service (1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified by Jura-Parts.com Co. Jura-parts service is outrageous: they were not been able to fix the machine for 6 times sending it back to me twice in non working condition. I want them finally to repair the machine so it functions according their warranty and send it back to me.

They returned my return
October 16, 2020

I had ordered a part for my Jura S8, the part I received did not fit my machine. I called them and they said that I should fit, but it didn't. They said just send it back. I spent money on sending them the part back, one week after they received it they sent it right back to me. They don't answer or return my calls. Now not only am I out the original cost, but I'm out the cost of sending it back. I should have read these reviews first. If I could rate them zero stars, I would, Terrible service
