I had series of problems. The first repair didn't repair my Jura F-50. It came back in worse shape than before --- makes extremely loud noise and didn't make coffee. So I had to send it back. Then when it came back the second time, the cover of the coffee bean receptor was broken and it came off. It took over a month to repair a machine, and it came back broke. After paying over $1,000 for the coffee machine and additional $400 for service, I was extremely disappointed.
One more thing --- I'm an original box guy so I can re-pack anything I have into the original box when I move. Naturally, I sent my Jura in the original box, inside outer box (double-boxed). The original box is good because it has all the packing materials and I could firmly secure it inside. But they toss my original box, they don't sell any extra box for a fee. Yes, they say "don't send the original box" in the web site for security reasons (?) but they don't say they won't return them. I am really dismayed that they seem to try hard to lose customers.
