I decided to utilize Jura-Parts and Repair Services because I am a disabled Veteran from Pennsylvania and yours is a Veteran owned small business in Pennsylvania. This coffee machine was a retirement gift from my Soldiers and family for 23 years of service. After waiting some time I was provided a FedEx shipping label. I followed all shipping instructions and sent the machine via FedEx on or about 2 May. FedEx tracking shows it was delivered (5 May) and my check for $450 that was in the box the machine was in was cashed on 12 May (Navy Federal Credit Union). I was not notified that my machine arrived nor have I received any updates on the repair. I have put in some 6 or more "tickets" that no one has responded to and I have called numerous times only to hear that the mailbox is full (I cannot leave a message). I am pretty sure I am out the $450 and I will not see my machine again. I am saddened and ashamed that a Veteran would conduct themselves and their business in this manner.
