I knew it was a bit risky buying a dress from online, but I decided to take the plunge, seeing as I found a dress that I loved, and the reviews were great. Unfortunately, I was only looking at the reviews on their website, which I'm now convinced is a scam. I received the dress, and I don't want to knock it too much. It was alright, but merely alright, and nowhere near as pretty as in the pictures. It was also oddly heavy on top, plus some of the lace was snagged, but I'm not going to complain about that too much considering the price. The real trouble started when I decided to start a return. They are incredibly slow to respond. I have emailed them four times in the last week asking how to return the dress and have gotten only one response. In the response, they did not tell me how to return the dress. They simply asked if I would rather have a replacement in a different size since I had mentioned that I ordered a size too big (my fault, but if size had been the only issue, I could have dealt with it. It was not). They said that a replacement might be a better option, since I would have to pay $40-$70 for shipping to return the dress, but they could send a replacement and let me keep the original for only $80. Now to be clear, I was already expecting to have to pay for the return shipping, so not so angry about that, but on the other hand, if they can afford to send me an entirely new dress for only $80, why can't they afford to pay for the return shipping instead? More importantly, they have been so slow in their response, that I am convinced they are trying to stall for time to make me miss the fourteen-day return window. The only way to contact them is via email. I tried calling the one phone number they have listed on their website, and all I get is a busy signal. The chat option is simply an AI that is no help at all for return questions. This company feels very dishonest, and their products are mediocre at best. Stay far away from them.
I bought a dress after having my first dress choice fell through. I went to this site because it was affordable and had many options to choose from. I ordered my dress in January and was given an estimated time -should arrive no later than 02/19/17. I heard nothing from them until 2/20/17 stating that my dress had been shipped out. I had paid 30 dollars for expedited shipping so I was kind of upset but knew my dress would be coming so didn't want to fuss about it. As I write this now I still have no dress and apparently have to now call the shipping company to find out where my dress is. I tried to track it on DHL and it stated that it's just been sitting on hold for a week. I gave them my phone number when I first purchased this item in case they had problems but they haven't even attempted to deliver the package. Nobody said I had to call the shipping company to deliver it. I sent a message the first time asking why my dress is taking so long and was told that they told me it is their busy time so it might take longer- they never once told me that nor was it on their site when I purchased the dress. I then sent another message stating that I wanted to be refunded for my 30 dollars for expedited shipping because I still have not gotten my dress. This time they took longer to reply back and the second message is when they told me it was my responsibility to call the shipping company to get my package. They also told me that if the package gets sent back to them that I will be charged for shipping a second time. This is completely ridiculous. So my wedding is less than 2 months away and I am still trying to get a dress that took way more time than it should have for an un-altered dress with no refunds or even anything to make this any better. Don't waste your time or money here.

Don't risk ordering from here. I ordered my dress with a delivery date of September 16th. I knew with COVID that this date maybe off which I was ok with.
On September 17th I received an email saying that I needed to call FedEx because the package was at a delivery center and marked abandoned. When I checked the tracking it said it was in the USA and I'm in Canada.
When I called FedEx they informed me they stopped shipping because the box was empty. So I reached out to Junes bridal to see what is going on. Sadly it took what seemed like forever for them to respond to my message and informed me that likely a driver had stolen the dress.
I now have tried many times to see what they plan on doing about the dress not being here and they won't respond. I am out close to $300 for the dress and my wedding day is getting closer. Please don't make my mistake and risk this. Very poor customer service.

I was hopeful and excited about this company and finding an affordable wedding dress. Unfortunately, communication and lack of response has been a huge issue. My biggest frustration was after the dress (and veil) arrived. The quality of the dress was decent, but was not in the color ordered (bright white rather than ivory). The quality of the veil was horrendous and again not ivory. I reached out to June Bridals via email (as they requested and I could not find a phone number). No answer. I emailed again. No answer. The website is clear that returns must be started within 14 days of receiving item and returns will NOT be accepted without prior approval from June Bridals (meaning, I can't just go ahead and mail it back without Customer Service responding first). I am quickly running out of time to return and still waiting to hear anything from June Bridals. I am extremely frustrated at the total lack of response from this company. Beware.
Timeline for reference:
1/31-email confirmation that dress is ordered/payment received
2/3-email that dress is being tailored and will take 20-25 days to be ready
2/28-email that dress is shipped (no tracking info)
"leave us a message" sent via website sometime that week requesting tracking info, no response
3/8-dress & veil arrived (via DHL), wrong color
3/12-sent email requesting return instructions, no response
3/13-TRACKING INFO received via email for the dress (even though dress had already been delivered the week before)
3/16-sent second email requesting return instructions, no response
3/18-"leave us a message" sent on June Bridals website, again requesting return information, no response

It cost me over $70 just to return and then they didn't give me the full refund. Not worth it at all. I'm out the entire cost of the dress.
