I ordered a dress and it came in the wrong color and the wrong size. I asked for a refund and they are arguing with me over the issues with the dress. This place is a scam.

I ORDERED MY DRESS OVER A MONTH AGO, AND IT WAS "SHIPPED" A FEW WEEKS AGO BUT IT HAS NOT ARRIVED ON MY DOORSTEP. I CALLED DHL IN BOTH CHINA AND THE USA AND THEY SAID THAT THE SHIPPER WAS HOLDING THE PACKAGE! THE COMPANY NEVER RELEASED THE PACKAGE EVEN THOUGH THEY CREATED A INVOICE FOR TRACKING. THE PERSON I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ABOUT THE ISSUE HAS FAILED TO RESPOND TO ME AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT NOTHING. THEY ARE DRAGGING THIS OUT PURPOSELY SO I DO NOT GET IT IN TIME FOR MY EVENT!

I bought a dress of a standard size (no tailoring requested). When the transaction went through PayPal, I discovered June Bridals was not located in the US (Dayton, Ohio), but in China. I then looked up reviews and discovered June Bridals makes knock offs of other designers' clothing. I canceled the order immediately. I then received a response on the following morning that the order could NOT be canceled as "tailoring" had begun (DESPITE PayPal confirming that my payment was not yet received by June Bridals or charged to my bank)! Therefore, why would they begin "tailoring" a dress they had not received payment for?! When I pushed this with June Bridals, they insisted they would only give me an 80% refund MINUS the shipping costs! Remember, the item has not yet been made or shipped as confirmed by June Bridals' own order status! This company is a scam. They illegally use copyrighted photos, in addition to photos of customers from actual stores to sell dresses whose designs are stolen from legitimate companies.

After reading you can return dresses if need be. After asking for Ivory This is after i requested a color change and had to pay and additional 70.00 for them to change the color to Ivory. I still received white. I received white. They didnt fit right or feel right. I just didnt care for the wedding dresses once i got them. I was hoping at least one i would love. I reached out to customer service immediately upon trying them on and advised of the color issue along with they didnt fit right, the look i didnt care for and i would like to return. First response I received they wanted me to donate to good will and inly get a small portion of my money back. I advised no according to your return policy i can ship back. They then stated i had broken the tailors hearts since i requested a style change. I didn't change the style of the dresses. I asked for a color change a day or so after i submitted the order. They charged me 70.00 to change to ivory and i still received white. Again i wrote back that i want to pay the shipping to return and expect a full refund. I am waiting for another reply. In the meantime i advised them i will post a review to let everyone know the circles and hoops they make you jump through in order to return something. My recommendation is to stay far clear of this company! And so that nobody is confused i contacted the company about the dresses the exact night i received them. And still getting this type of run around.

The dress was not as pictured and was of poor quality. Return process is a nightmare, sell below email when trying to return:

"Sorry that the dress disappoints you. Sure you can get a refund for the dress you don't like. （custom size dress and accessories can not return) Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is too risky to return the package worldwide.
Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.

So please donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an （after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine.

Or you can send it back to get a full refund after deducting the shipping fee for both ways.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback."

One of my bridesmaids ordered this and it did not look like the picture and took a long time to come in. I decided to change my bridemaid dresses because of this

THESE PEOPLE ARE LYING, UNETHICAL ROBBERS. I ordered a custom measurements dress and tried to return it because I received a dress that was different from the picture online. When I contacted them to return it, they replied only after the 3rd email I sent after I threatened to write a negative review. They said custom orders are final although their return policy and FAQs clearly say that custom orders ARE eligible for return if there is a quality issue, which I had and sent them pictures of. THESE SCAMMERS DONT FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICIES AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. They send you a dress different than you ordered and TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT AND WONT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DROP YOU AND YOU'RE ON YOU'RE OWN WITH A DRESS YOU CAN'T WEAR AND HAVING BEEN ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!

The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. I couldn't even upload photos for a review, I submitted a review twice and it never posted... stay clear

I ordered the A-line Square Cap Short Sleeve High-low Satin Wedding Dress with Bow and Ruffles in white. I ordered with my personal measurements and I ordered the petticoat. I was unsure when I ordered because the reviews were 50/50, but I am glad I did! I was on a budget and the dress I received was perfect! The dress fit me correctly in all areas. The dress looked exactly like the picture (droopy bow and all). The only thing that I'm getting altered/fixed is the bow. I didn't like how droopy the bow was. When the tailor saw my dress she was it was beautiful and asked what I wanted done because she didn't see anything wrong. I explained to her my only issue was the bow and she said she can fix that and steam/press my dress. When ordering from this site, I highly recommend getting your custom measurements, getting the petticoat (the garment that goes under the dress), and the garment bag. My fiance and I are eloping in Vegas and I am looking forward to wearing my dress in Vegas! I didn't think of taking pictures when I was in the tailor shop. If I can update I will update with pictures!

Horrible horrible return policy and customer service. I purchased a dress in Size 8 after checking my measurements and following the measurements on the website. I am pretty much a standard size 8 and have NEVER had a problem with my chest size being too big to fit anything in that size. If anything, I have the opposite problem. When the dress arrived, it was very poor quality, which was disappointing, but the style was cute, so I tried it on. The bottom part fit fine, but I could not zip the side and when I measured it, it was 4 inches smaller than the chart I ordered from. I had a friend who is also a standard size 8 but a bit smaller on top (32A and I am a 34C) and she was just barely able to zip it past her bust. I contacted the company, who said I could return it and lose the shipping cost and have to pay to ship it back overseas. The refund would have been for less than half of what I paid for it, not to mention the hassle. Their suggestion was to sell it on craig's list. Not very helpful. I initiated a dispute with the credit card company. They asked me for pictures, which we sent and there was no way for them to assess to determine if the measurements were off. They refused to refund my money and the credit card dispute did not resolve the issue. My fault I guess for not reading the reviews online before purchasing. Read the return policy before you purchase anything and read the reviews! BUYER BEWARE!

I LOVED MY DRESS! My prom dress came out beautifully and for an amazing price. It did come a day late but i was reimbursed for that! I personally love the site and i think they did an amazing job.

Skeptical at first then decided to gave it a try. The prices are such reasonable that you cannot resist. And I like the outcome! Will come by again.
