I purchased three bridesmaid dresses and one was the wrong size and none of them fit. They never responded to my requests to send the correct size and they have no contact phone number.
Great dress! I had mine customized and only a little bit of alterations is needed! Also I had them do a different color! They shipped way ahead of schedule! Great experience!
I received my order yesterday and upon opening the package I found that the dress that was sent to me does not come close to matching the dress that I ordered! The style that was sent to me does not match the dress that I ordered. There are extra flaps of material that are sown into layers and not a solid piece of fabric with pleats that is shown in the picture. Not only that, but the dress that I ordered was supposed to be the "ruby"color but the dress that I received is a color that more closely resembles orange. The material that was used to make the dress is also extremely cheap and the dress itself smells like formaldehyde or some other strong toxic chemical. To be honest, the dress looks like a child with no prior sewing experience and guidance was given a picture of a dress and told to make it. I am requesting a full refund for this dress. Because of the poor quality of the dress, wrong style, wrong color, and disgusting smell, I was forced to buy another dress from somewhere else. It was a total waste of time and money. PLEASE don't make the same mistake that I made. If I had the option to give 0 stars I would. This company isn't even worth the 1 star that I was forced to give to leave this review. I emailed the customer service email requesting a full refund. I will be surprised if I receive any kind of response from them.

The dress is gorgeous! I love it! It's light and it's looks well on a body like mine. The only concern I have is the halter top. It's a little tight on my neck but everything else is perfect.
