I orders two dresses, both of very low quality, basically plastic. They arrived packed in a plastic bag-parcel which was ripped open already. I will return both

The shipping of the dress was fast, quality was okay BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have emailed them every day trying to return my dress since we only have a 14 day window and NOBODY responds.

DO NOT DO JUNE BRIDALS!

I have never felt so ripped off in my life...

My dress arrived looking NOTHING like the photo, over AND undersized, (despite being measured by a professional seamstress), plus with a STAIN ON THE FRONT!

I was disappointed but I ordered my dress months in advance in case something like this were to happen. I knew any honourable company would rectify the issue.

I emailed them to let them know that there had clearly been a mistake. No Response.

I emailed them again. I got an automated reply saying they could not return the dress.

I wrote again thinking they must have misunderstood. There is a STAIN on it! It says in their guarantee that it will be returned if not arriving in perfect shape.

They sent me an automated reply saying they could not return the dress.

I emailed them 5 times with only receiving the same automated reply.

Finally, I got an answer they want photos for proof of the stain.

I sent the photos.

They replied that they would reimburse me 15 dollars to pay to get it cleaned.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?

Do not trust them. This is a complete rip-off. You have a 50/50 chance of getting a dress you like. But if you do not like it. If it's not made to fit. If it arrives with a stain. Then it's your problem. They will not rectify their mistakes.

Don't do it, it's not worth it! I'm out $300 bucks and I've got my grandmas' curtains for a wedding dress and big brown mark right over the nipple.

If their barely functional site was a red flag, I blew right through it. It barely loads, all of the pictures use a filter you'd find on Instagram that obscures the dress, and the angles of the model never show you the whole product. I work in ecomm so maybe I'm a harsh critic. Having duplicate photos happen! But not being able to count a "61%" discount (they literally just subtracted $2 from the listing price). Even an elementary school kid could do better math. I persisted because my family and friends voted throw dress at the top of my list of options. It arrives… turned inside out… I get it on, looks nothing like the picture. I reach out about issuing a return. The site says you have 14 days from when the product arrives. No one answers me for almost a week, I even follow up because I'm worried about meeting their time window. Even then they don't send me the return form and return address as their policy states they will. Instead they send me a multi paragraph email about how it's going to cost me about half the dress to ship it back to China or if I don't want to do that I can donate it to Godwill and they'll give me 70% back. Wtf? I have to ship to a foreign country at my own cost and they don't receive typical shipping vendors? Take it to Goodwill for some of my money back? Where was this in the return policy lol? Don't get your hopes up and keep looking for your special day dress with a company that makes you feel valued.

I am very impressed with the quality of the dress I ordered from junebridals.com! I was unsure after reading mixed reviews off of sitejabber.com. I asked a sweep train be added to the dress after placing the order. This request was sent to the dressmaker right away. I received the dress less than a month after placing the order. I sent in personal measurements and the bodice was made to fit exactly. I have a longer torso so the waist line is above my natural waistline. There is a bit of extra fabric that bulges at the thigh but it is easy to remove material. I will bring it in to be slimmed in the sides to accentuate my natural waist and hemmed at the bottom. I believe these are minor alterations and worth the cost. After paying $220 Canadian and alterations, the dress will be worth every penny. I am so glad I ordered through junebridals.com. The dress is just as nice quality wise as a used dress for $1000. I think it is even better quality than a new dress for $1000. I recommend ordering your dress through them.

I feel completely scammed. Do not order from this site. I bought 3 different styles of bridesmaid dresses, all of which look nothing like the pictured items. They were completely missized- way too large, they smelled heavily of dye, and had very cheap material.
I was under the impression that it would take a month or longer to receive the items, as they were coming from out of the country. Fine. Luckily, I had the time to wait. Once they arrived, I was extremely disappointed.
I tried to go though the return policy, however, returning the dresses would cost nearly as much as they did to buy them.
Now, I am stuck with dresses that NO ONE can/will want to wear. The only hope is to somehow re-purpose the material.
I feel scanned. Like, they send you a low quality product- knowing that they received the payment, and knowing that sending it back is not an option because it costs too much. Easy money for them.
I am not typically a person who leaves reviews, but I am hoping that this saves someone else from wasting their money. Buy somewhere else!

The customer service is horrible. I've tried to contact them three days in a row and you can only talk to a bot which tells you they will contact you within 24 hours and they never do.
