I ordered my dress at the end of June for my July 23rd wedding. I needed adjustments made and didn't communicate that to them until approximately July 2nd. I was guaranteed my dress would arrive by July 19th but it arrived on the 10th in perfect condition looking just like the picture. I looked beautiful for my wedding and was over the moon. Thank you again June Bride, you made my wedding dream a reality.

I bought myself a prom dress from here and received it a couple of days ago. I was extremely disappointed. I read the reviews on here and was thinking it must be pretty legit, but I was wrong the fit was off and I checked the measurements before I purchased. I wanted burgandy and instead got red. I spent close to $160.00 on it. I've sent two emails and the LIVE CHAT?! Well guess what isn't LIVE. It says the support team will reach out to you by email but they don't and haven't. THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I was so disappointed in this experience. We ordered this dress at the end of February for an April 29 event date. The dress was supposed to arrive on Mar 24. When I inquired about this, they asked me about the color for the lining. I went through the order process again at least 2 times, and there is no place to select this option. So I knew we were delayed then. I emailed back and forth with their team nearly every day trying to find out when this would ship. This could have all been resolved if they had just reached out when the order was placed.

What was irritating is they asked the same question - over and over. When is your event? I told them no less than 4 times the date. They kept saying it would ship in a few days - finally they said - they wouldn't be able to meet the date and would have to cancel the order. BUT they only refunded half of the order.

I get that this is the stated policy, but June Bridals is at fault for a horrible ordering process, lack of communicating they had missing information, inability to fulfill the order in time, and just overall poor communication.

I highly recommend you DO NOT order anything through this company. You will regret it.

I just received my dress today. It ONLY took 2 to 3 weeks. It was perfect and measurements perfect! Quality and materials were of the BEST. I got scared after I purchased and read reviews BUT I am so pleased and happy with this dress. I love it. THANK YOU JUNES BRIDAL for making my day perfect

I ordered a wedding dress from this site, the shipping took a few weeks, which is expected. When I did receive the dress was not as described...

I had ordered this dress: "Boho Chiffon Spaghetti Strap Wedding Dress With Cut Out Waistband" The waist was NOT "cut out" it was beaded... gross... and VERY cheap looking, I mean, I should have expected that for what I paid

Also Does run VERY small, I ordered a size 6, it was more of a size 2

Purchased a wedding dress for my daughter, arrived in about 5 weeks from date of purchase. Dress had a dark streak on sleeve, breast area (cups) uneven from side to side. One was higher and one was lower. Also different is size and shape one smaller and one larger. One was round and nicely shaped and one was pointed like a cone. The decorative overlay was uneven in back and not attached to some areas. Material on upper portion was very stiff and itchy. Decorative layer had sloppy jagged edges. On the V-neck area one side had seem edge showing with decorative below seem while on the other side the decorative portion was over the seem creating a decorative edge. Lower portion of dress visually appears to be made of acceptable workmanship and quality. I emailed company two days after dress arrived, the response was a bit condescending and rude requesting pictures. After complying and sending pictures we were asked to donate dress to Goodwill and they would refund 70% of what I paid after I provide receipt of donation. I chose not to donate dress as it is not fit for any Bride. I will try to have the dress fixed by a professional or use the lower portion to create a different dress or outfit. Buyer beware when purchasing from this company.

As far as I'm concerned, Junebridals is fraudulent.
I ordered a wedding dress from here, finally received it from China- it was cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture.
I emailed their customer service to start the return process (they have no phone number), and got the following response:
" Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.
So please donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an （after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback.

After replying back and confirming that all they need for the 70% refund is a receipt, I donated the dress and sent the image back to them. I have not received a response or refund back, and it's been weeks.

I am giving junebridals as 5 stars very good customers service. I ordered my dress from them they given me an update every day until my dress arrives and really good prices,
I love the dress

I am now on my third purchased dress from June bridal that are basically non-returnable this one fits and I'm so excited. The problem with this dress is there is pink on the buttons what looks like lipstick, snags throughout the lace on the dress and ripples in the waist area that are unable to be hidden. It is a beautiful dress but the lace is stretched out and I look pregnant. I have contacted them about this with three emails still no response! I am now in three dresses from JUNE BRIDAL that are unreturnable with NO RESPONSE and still no wedding dress.

This is the worst company to ever do business with they will not take returns and they steal your money. They are a piece of $#*! and they should stay in China.
