The dress arrived 2 days after the wedding. I got a message saying that they were delivering it in time and then it did not show up. The return policy makes it sound like you can return it but beware you will lose a lot of money. Afterasking for a return they sent me an email saying it will cost me $40 to $70 to return it and recommended that I give it to Goodwill at a70% refund. Don't bother using them. Go to Macy's or somewhere else that is reputable and will allow full returns. Here is what their site says for returning and following is the email they sent when I asked for a return. Perhaps they should put the info from the email in their FAQs.
"RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1: Please send us an email at *******@junebridals-service.com with your Order ID within 14 days upon receipt of your package. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.
Step 2: Please find the return address and a return form to fill in, and go to a local post office and ship out the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return approval.UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping services are not accepted. Please email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.
Step 3: We will process your refund as soon as your package is delivered and inspected at our facility. It takes 8-10 days for banks to process our refund request.
Note*: We do not accept the kind of "buy-more-keep-one" shopping."

Sure you can get a refund for the dress.
Based on a large number of previous user feedback, it might cost you $40-$70 to send it back. You might consult with the local USPS office about the shipping fee for sending the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China, besides, it may take 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.
So please donate your dress within 14 days to GoodWill and you will get an (after deducting the shipping fee we paid for the package) 70% refund with the receipt or this case will be closed, we will refund you as soon as we get the receipt. A picture of it will be fine.
Or you can send it back to get a full refund after deducting the shipping fee for both ways.
We will be waiting for your kindly feedback.
Use a reputable store where shipping is faster and returns are not so difficult.

I have received a dress (Jewel-Neck Short Wedding Dress With Draping Decorations And Illusive Back) from junebridals last week and I was beyond disappointed.
The dress I have received is a replica/imitation of the dress in the picture...
The design of the lace, embellishments at the bottom soooo different...
I contacted the customer service and they didnt event want to give me full refund... only 50% claiming that the dress is high quality! Another big fat lie... the lace is cheap and horrible. Instantly makes u itchy!
I lost my money on a dress I cant wear on my big day because it looks soo cheap and horrible.
These people have no right to advertise another dress and provide with another dress...
Dont fall in the same mistake as I did... SAVE URSELVES AND BUY FROM A TRUSTED WEB SITE COZ THESE ONES ARE TOTAL SCAM!
IF THERE ARE OTHER GIRLS WHOSE MONEY WAS WASTED LIKE MINE, PLEASE DO REPORT TO YOUR BANK... ACCUMULATING COMPLAINS CAN STOP THIS PEOPLE...

I just wanted to reply on the below comment from junebridals.
Together with customization and fast delivery, I have paid almost 290 euro for this dress.
I have done my part and paid the whole amount; and it is basic customer right to expect to receive the correct product. The design on the dress and the bottom of the dress are completely different.
When I contacted junebridals, the correct procedure would be to either fully reimburse the customer or to send them the item they paid money for... However instead (as you can see from the attitude below), junebridals does not fulfill what they promised to deliver and keep deflecting on the matter... what does the my country have to do with liking a dress?
It is very simple: If I knew I would not receive the dress advertised, I would not have ordered it, I would not have customized it and I would not have paid for fast tracking... as a result I would still have 290 euro in my pocket. And I am sure I would have found a beautiful dress to buy with this money.
Lastly I am not the only customer to complain that the dress doesnt look the same.
I'll be awaiting for my full reimbursement on the dress, and will keep this thread updated accordingly.
