I cannot tell you the quality of the dresses that come from here because after I ordered my dress I read the reviews and panicked and cancelled my order the next day.
However, I can tell you that I had no problem with them fully refunding my money a few days later, which was a huge relief because I expected much more of a headache and disappointment. So on that note my experience with customer service wasn't bad, I do however wish I could have seen the dress but my budget is so small I couldn't afford the risk..

I ordered two dresses on February 24th totaling almost $400 and I just received them today. Neither of these dresses look like the ones that I thought I was ordering. I ordered the light blue in the light blue and it came in a periwinkle blue. The darker blue lace dress I ordered in black. The sleeves are long in their photo, but mine are 3/4 length. I DID NOT order a custom designed or tailored dress, but shortly after ordering, I received an email that said "Your order will take about 15-25 days to customize." And according to their return policy, custom orders are non-refundable. So basically, I am out $400. I will NEVER order from this company again and I would advise you not to either. With the way their website looks, they lead you to believe they are a company operating in the United States, but they are overseas. I wouldn't give them ANY stars, but that isn't an option.

Just as anyone would be, I was nervous to order my wedding dress site unseen and never having tried it on but something told me to take a chance on this one. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! The dress fits beautifully (even a little big to be honest) and it is everything I wanted and more! Take the chance! It's totally worth it!

I ordered my dress being totally skeptical from an online site that I could actually afford. I was so nervous because it was my dream wedding dress! That being said after I placed my order I was told it would arrive end of the month and I had messaged the company seeing if I could pay more to have it shipped sooner in case I needed alterations. They kept in touch with me reassuring everything would be okay and not to worry. I wasn't supposed to receive the dress til March 31st and received it March 24th! Tried the dress on and looked at the quality of it, it fit PERFECTLY! And it wasn't cheaply made, no tears or anything! I have recommended the site to several friends with upcoming weddings, prom, and much more! It was very helpful that the staff was reassuring and they had a size chart so I knew what size to order or even could have had one made to my size!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for a friends wedding. Then the COVID-19 situation happened and my friend canceled her big wedding. I contacted customer support and explain the situation saying that I had not even worn the dress, and still have it in the original packaging. I mentioned that I know their return policy is only 14 days, but the dress took a long time to be shipped to me to begin with and it's still in perfect condition. I explained that these are unusual circumstances due to the pandemic with shipping and uncertainty with weddings, so I hoped they would consider my return. They said that their 14 day return policy is firm regardless of the coronavirus pandemic and that they would not help me at all. Really disappointed and would not recommend them for anything. Shop elsewhere for your dresses!

Absoluyely a scam -they do not answer emails nor do they honor their return policy. Buyer beware? Check out pissed consumer for more honest reviews

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered and paid for my wedding dress in October. I have the confirmation emails for order and payment. I have also received a "tracking" number. When I track the order it say's the order is pending and delivery date will be updated once Fedex receives the package, this is the situation since November 2nd. I have emailed (June Bridals) and received response that it is Fedex delaying the shipment. Fedex says they haven't received the shipment. Needless to say, I am getting the run around and still have no idea if I am getting my wedding dress or not. I am only sharing this, so no one else goes through this.

They give 2 weeks to return it but won't accept
Returns without a previous email that they won't ever answer. This place is awful.

Received my dress for my wedding, Absolute piece of trash! The lace was all shredded, the seams did not match. The measurements are wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! American Site- MADE IN CHINA!
