I bought a dress of a standard size (no tailoring requested). When the transaction went through PayPal, I discovered June Bridals was not located in the US (Dayton, Ohio), but in China. I then looked up reviews and discovered June Bridals makes knock offs of other designers' clothing. I canceled the order immediately. I then received a response on the following morning that the order could NOT be canceled as "tailoring" had begun (DESPITE PayPal confirming that my payment was not yet received by June Bridals or charged to my bank)! Therefore, why would they begin "tailoring" a dress they had not received payment for?! When I pushed this with June Bridals, they insisted they would only give me an 80% refund MINUS the shipping costs! Remember, the item has not yet been made or shipped as confirmed by June Bridals' own order status! This company is a scam. They illegally use copyrighted photos, in addition to photos of customers from actual stores to sell dresses whose designs are stolen from legitimate companies.
It cost me over $70 just to return and then they didn't give me the full refund. Not worth it at all. I'm out the entire cost of the dress.
The only reason I gave it a one star is because a zero is not an option. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The dress they sent did not look like the picture and did not fit. I followed the return instructions, and after paying $44 for shipping, I sent the dress back. I sent the dress back in November. It's mid February and I have never heard anything from them. Communication stopped completely. I still have no refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I was very unhappy with the dresses that I ordered. I contacted and sent pictures and went a week with no reply. I ended up escalating the issue to PayPal. The company finally got back to me and offered 80% back less their shipping cost. Their return policy states a full refund including shipping for items not as represented. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.
Once I received my dress, which did not fit, all communication with customer service halted. Their policy is that you have to contact them within 7 days and they have taken that and then some, absolutely no response. I would not recommend this site to my enemy.
I reached out to June Bridal's customer service email over a week ago without any response. I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam. I did not receive my package from June Bridals, instead I received it from the name of a different online retailer. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values transparency.
I emailed June bridal prior to placing my order to make sure I would be able to return dresses if I didn't like them on me and they said Yes as long as they are not altered. I ordered 2 dresses which was the same dress but in two sizes. Neither of them fit so I emailed requesting the return approval and return label per the instructions on the website. It's been 6 days and they are not responding. They are quick to respond about placing an order but are now ignoring me since I need to return, what a scam! Don't buy from this website!
I purchased a wedding dress on 28th Dec 2021. When it arrived it was of poor quality and the sizing was off. I could not fit my arms in it and the neck line was very high. Whilst the dress looked similar to the picture it is the sizing/quality and materials that were unsatisfactory. My many emails have gone without reply. I have contacted paypal and then the company offered a return envelope but it never arrived.
I impulsively ordered a dress and later started worrying that the company was sketchy, possibly a scam. However, I am actually quite pleased with my purchase. The quality is what you would expect in a dress costing several hundred dollars more. It looks like the photo below (granted, it doesn't look as good on me as it does on the model but I feel that the description and picture of the dress are accurate). Communication from June Bridals was good: they send you regular emails telling you when your dress will ship, when you can expect it to arrive, etc. The company is based in China (I discovered this after I'd made my purchase). I am in Tennessee, so to be truthful I wasn't sure if a dress would even arrive, but it did arrive in a timely manner. Pleased with my purchase.
The shipping of the dress was fast, quality was okay BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE. I have emailed them every day trying to return my dress since we only have a 14 day window and NOBODY responds.
They present as if they are a kind company willing to work with you and their products. What they then do is IGNORE you when you inquire about returns. They are quick to note you have 14 days to request the return label and then when you reach out to get that, they ignore you and let the time pass. I have sent 5 emails requesting to speak to someone, no response! Will never order from them again. Hope to sell the dress I ordered for more than I paid for it, since they wont take it back!
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered and paid for my wedding dress in October. I have the confirmation emails for order and payment. I have also received a "tracking" number. When I track the order it say's the order is pending and delivery date will be updated once Fedex receives the package, this is the situation since November 2nd. I have emailed (June Bridals) and received response that it is Fedex delaying the shipment. Fedex says they haven't received the shipment. Needless to say, I am getting the run around and still have no idea if I am getting my wedding dress or not. I am only sharing this, so no one else goes through this.
I orders two dresses, both of very low quality, basically plastic. They arrived packed in a plastic bag-parcel which was ripped open already. I will return both
I ordered my wedding dress from here. It needs some minor alterations in the bodice. My only disappointment, is that I paid for a bustle that wasn't done. Other than that, I am very pleased with the quality, and workmanship.
I have emailed this company 5 times about returning my dress with no reply. Customer service is poor

Don't risk ordering from here
Don't risk ordering from here. I ordered my dress with a delivery date of September 16th. I knew with COVID that this date maybe off which I was ok with.
On September 17th I received an email saying that I needed to call FedEx because the package was at a delivery center and marked abandoned. When I checked the tracking it said it was in the USA and I'm in Canada.
When I called FedEx they informed me they stopped shipping because the box was empty. So I reached out to Junes bridal to see what is going on. Sadly it took what seemed like forever for them to respond to my message and informed me that likely a driver had stolen the dress.
I now have tried many times to see what they plan on doing about the dress not being here and they won't respond. I am out close to $300 for the dress and my wedding day is getting closer. Please don't make my mistake and risk this. Very poor customer service.
I requested a change of color on a dress. I re iterated this change 3 different times in emails. I also told them it was time sensitive and we're they absolutely sure I would receive it in 2 weeks with paying for rush. I was assured 3 times yes. The dress came in 3 weeks and wasn't what I ordered. There are runs in the tulle fabric two places and the dots are discolored. Customer service only offered a 60% refund. Poor craftsmanship and service
Had to shop for a dress online, due to Covid. I normally have no issues ordering clothing online, however this was a different story. Make sure you read their return policy carefully… It will cost me $50 to get the refund for the two dresses that did not fit me at all.
I ordered the dress already a year ago and had the wedding last month. The dress arrived rather quickly and was exactly what I'd wished for! Of course the dress needed some alterations made by a tailor in order to make it a perfect fit for me. All in all, I saved a lot of money and got a beautiful, unique dress.
I bought my wedding veil from here and it is beautiful! I absolutely love it.

Answer: They say they will only refund if it is not a custom made dress. Make sure that you have contacted them through Live Chat first before you order, so you have an open ticket about your order.
