I have sent several emails and opened 3 tickets to try and communicate with this company. I have no idea if I will get the dresses I ordered in time for my sons wedding. It's been 30 days on what was originally supposed to be a Rush order. BTW this review service forces you to rate at least one star to write a review. They didn't deserve the one star! Do not order from this company. I will be sharing my experience with everyone!

I ordered this dress online after finding nothing in stores that I liked as much. I was a little worried about it at first, however Elena was so responsive, easy to work with and willing to customize certain aspects of the dress to fit what I was looking for. The dress arrived this week and is absolutely stunning. It fits me perfectly, the material is top quality and it is exactly what I imagined. It feels even more special that the dress was made just for me. Thank you so much Elena! I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day.

Cindy is truly talented. I spent many months trawling sites online to find my dream dress, to no avail, when something brought me to Cindy's June Bridals store. This dress truly captured me and I fell for it instantly! The dress was made to my measurements and is utterly perfect. The fit is truly exceptional and wonderfully flattering - very difficult for someone with such an ample chest! - and the lace absolutely stunning. The quality is like nothing I have ever seen before. Trying it on made me feel incredible.

Cindy is not only a great artist, but she is also a very lovely person to talk to - she answered all my questions quickly and cheerfully, and was always happy to help (even when I changed the colour of my dress at the last minute!)

My dress is absolutely amazing! It has WAY exceeded my expectations, the picture does not do it justice! The fabric is soft and beautiful, a stunning white color, and very high quality. Kathy altered the dress to meet my custom measurements, and it fits better than I ever imagined! Kathy is an extremely talented woman. She shipped everything very quickly, and always replied to me right away. I could NOT be happier with my wedding dress and the experience with June Bridals! Thank you Kathy.

My experience with June Bridals has been amazing and I am not done with them yet. They have made my bridesmaid dress shopping so easy. I ordered 1 maxi full length dress in dark coral as a sample and it fit all of my girls perfectly (and one is pregnant). It's such nice fabric and it's put together really nicely with pleats on the front of the straps. I already ordered the 8 dresses I need for my girls and I am just waiting for them to come in! I have received beyond incredible customer service. He responds so promptly to all of my emails and is extremely friendly despite my MANY questions. He goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect dress and the amazing price allowed me to purchase all the dresses myself as a gift to my bridesmaids. 100% recommended!

This dress has so much potential! The quality is excellent and detailing gorgeous. It's heavier on the bottom and the material is very soft and luxurious. I love all the embroidery and the buttons on the back. It is true to size and my seamstress informed me that any alterations that are needed will be easy to do. Although I decided on a more intricate gown for my wedding, I am keeping this dress for future purposes. The shipping was slightly delayed, but when I inquired about it arriving late, it was sent immediately. Great customer service! Thank you!

I purchased a dress as a wedding option that's turned into a nightmare of run around for months. The following is a response to an email that doesn't accept replies. Their merchandise is thin. There is ZERO customer service. Don't waste your money.

Hello David.

When this began I understood if I sent it back to you there would be a full refund however it would take a few months. A full refund is desired rather than donating the dress and receiving a partial refund. I also understood that there would be a deduction due to it being picked up from customs.

I spoke to the United States Postal Service this morning. I had all of the following information except for the data from September 14.

May 15,2023 - the package was mailed out
June 2,2023 - the package was in customs
August 1,2023 - the package was on hold
September 14,2023 - origin post is preparing shipment

It seems the dress was not picked up from customs. I in no way want the item returned to me. If it worked we wouldn't be communicating. How do I receive a refund for this dress?

I ordered five different dresses for my bridesmaids and they all fit to a tea! The dresses look great on the ladies and I cannot wait to see them in their dresses again! The owner is very responsive, she also accommodated me with another request I had. She made pocket squares for us for the guys suits so they would match perfectly with the dresses. She does an amazing job. The dresses are such great quality too! The strapless dresses actually come with a built in bra that you can clasp right in the dress, my bridesmaids with strapless dress love that feature!

Lucy was extremely loving, compassionate and helpful in creating exactly what I wanted and wrap myself up in beautiful, feminine comfort.
