I purchased a dress as a wedding option that's turned into a nightmare of run around for months. The following is a response to an email that doesn't accept replies. Their merchandise is thin. There is ZERO customer service. Don't waste your money.

When this began I understood if I sent it back to you there would be a full refund however it would take a few months. A full refund is desired rather than donating the dress and receiving a partial refund. I also understood that there would be a deduction due to it being picked up from customs.
I spoke to the United States Postal Service this morning. I had all of the following information except for the data from September 14.
May 15,2023 - the package was mailed out
June 2,2023 - the package was in customs
August 1,2023 - the package was on hold
September 14,2023 - origin post is preparing shipment
It seems the dress was not picked up from customs. I in no way want the item returned to me. If it worked we wouldn't be communicating. How do I receive a refund for this dress?
