They were very cooperative that they were even able to custom make this dress to fit a seven year old! It fit lovely and came in a timely manner. I have already ordered from them before and would not hesitate to order again. Never any problems with this seller.
The dress was beautifully made. I ordered it in a custom color and Cindy was very patient to answer all of my questions throughout the whole process. Her priority was to make sure I was satisfied! The dress shipped and arrived was so fast and was packaged with great care.
It is definitely worthwhile to order the fabric samples a head of time too, I should add.

Very happy with my dress. Fits well and fabric is of good quality. My only disappointment was the delay in receiving it. A process taking 5 weeks instead of 3 weeks as informed. I would defiantly not hesitate to recommend Cindy and her services though. I would just maybe suggest ordering as early as possible. All communication was prompt and clear and the quality was great. I have requested a refund through PayPal, seems this site is a scam, no items sent and they don't reply to any questions about a tracking number or order update, disappointed, I should have spent my money else where.
Ordered a dress and made the mistake of waiting for our group to try it on as if we were shopping in person. Dress was cheaply made lace, white rather than a natural tan shade of the pic and already freying on the edges. Sadly, we missed the 14 day return policy and now I'm stuck with this dress and out the money to purchase a new one! Better off shopping on Amazon!
I was so nervous about ordering online but my dress arrived today! Its a little snug but i am on a diet and there is room for adjustments if needed! The material is really nice! I am obsessed! Here are some pictures I took they aren't professional but i have not felt more like a bride than i did in my dress!
I received the dress beautifully packed in just under two weeks from shipment. It fits perfectly and I love it! Very well made and just as I expected it. I am definitely buying again from June!

I bought a dress as a casual Wedding Gown in the off white to be dressed up or dressed down. The material is great quality and the color is off white for sure. So many options and ways to tie this dress that you could literally have a different style every hour.
Shipping was right on time as per what it says in the shipping area.
This company preys upon young brides to be. It is a scam. Bogus company. Do not believe the good reviews, read them and see how they are misspelled. And. They will not respond to phone calls or emails.

I was keen on the idea of separates for my wedding but struggled to find much choice. Kathy's designs really caught my eye. She was really professional and helpful throughout the process and happy to adapt the design to what I wanted (eg colour, lining, sleeves). Taking my own measurements was easy with her guidance and it all came out fitting perfectly! It's just what I had in mind and am really excited about wearing this. The finish is very professional (perfectly-placed silk buttons, lace lined up completely symmetrically). I would thoroughly recommend Wardrobebydulcinea if you are looking for a high-quality, less-traditional, bespoke garment that's far more unique than anything you will find in bridal shops or on the high street.
I received my dresses late, never opened or tried them on b/c I had found a dress elsewhere. I have emailed them more that 5 times now for the refund process - where to ship, etc. - NO REPLY, just an automated crappy message. SCAM - do NOT buy from them, they take your money, send cheap crap and run. Not good business and not fair.

Dress arrived in timely manner. Material was icky and bust inserts were pointy. Didn't love the way it fit, so emailed customer service to start return process. I have sent over 8 emails to date with absolutely no replies. So if you order from this knock off shop, keep your fingers crossed you like it. My advice is to look at a more reputable site such as Lulu's for your dress. 100% would not recommend.
Just got this in the mail. The quality of the fabric is so nice. The lace is soft and comfortable, not scratchy and stiff like some can be. Stretches as well and drapes so nicely behind me as I walk. Super excited to wear this soon. So great for a practical, budget conscious bride like myself.
