Scam!

Beware purchasing from June Bridals! As you can see in the side by side comparison I included below, the dress I recieved is not at all what I ordered. I initiated a return; no reply. I will update this review if that changes, but I'm not optimistic.

Definitely Not the Wedding Dress I Ordered!

Absolutely fell in Love with this Wedding Dress, the ONLY one I wanted. Received it and White instead of Nude Fabric was used. The dress is not offset just white on white and looks a mess. June Bridals remarks were that they use the material on hand! I wanted to return it and they said I would get 70% back less $40-$70 for shipping, even though I paid to have it Expedited. They don't care and will Never lose Money, Especially if it's their fault. Horrible Experience and 8 emails without resolve. I get married in 2 weeks and this company is Full of Bull$#*!.

No Refund No Customer Service Cheap Junk

I purchased a dress as a wedding option that's turned into a nightmare of run around for months. The following is a response to an email that doesn't accept replies. Their merchandise is thin. There is ZERO customer service. Don't waste your money.

Hello David.

When this began I understood if I sent it back to you there would be a full refund however it would take a few months. A full refund is desired rather than donating the dress and receiving a partial refund. I also understood that there would be a deduction due to it being picked up from customs.

I spoke to the United States Postal Service this morning. I had all of the following information except for the data from September 14.

May 15,2023 - the package was mailed out
June 2,2023 - the package was in customs
August 1,2023 - the package was on hold
September 14,2023 - origin post is preparing shipment

It seems the dress was not picked up from customs. I in no way want the item returned to me. If it worked we wouldn't be communicating. How do I receive a refund for this dress?

The dress was poorly made. Does not fit a normal body.
When trying to return after multiple emails, they suggested I donate it to Good Will where I can possible save the $70 cost of returning:

Just as anyone would be, I was nervous to order my wedding dress site unseen and never having tried it on but something told me to take a chance on this one. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID! The dress fits beautifully (even a little big to be honest) and it is everything I wanted and more! Take the chance! It's totally worth it!

I purchased a wedding dress from June Bridal thinking I would return it if it didn't fit. It didn't fit and returning it was impossible! I was first encouraged to get it altered and then the customer service representative told me I could donate it to the Goodwill! Never again! Buy from your local bridal shop!

Purchased a wedding dress for daughter in January. Received dress in early March. Dress did not fit so we wanted to return. That's when the first part of this scam business showed itself.
Return requires you to email your request to get approval and return info. At this time told we could only return via USPS, despite the fact that it came DHL. No returns via UPS or FedEx. Encouraged at this point to donate dress since return cost expensive. Returned via USPS to China. Tracked return and it arrived in Customs in about a month, then took 6 weeks to get to company.
Once there emailed about refund. Promised refund in May, numerous back and forth emails, no refund. Yesterday received email from June Bridal that they are now unable after 6 months to return funds. No dress and no money. Avoid doing business with June Bridal!

If their barely functional site was a red flag, I blew right through it. It barely loads, all of the pictures use a filter you'd find on Instagram that obscures the dress, and the angles of the model never show you the whole product. I work in ecomm so maybe I'm a harsh critic. Having duplicate photos happen! But not being able to count a "61%" discount (they literally just subtracted $2 from the listing price). Even an elementary school kid could do better math. I persisted because my family and friends voted throw dress at the top of my list of options. It arrives… turned inside out… I get it on, looks nothing like the picture. I reach out about issuing a return. The site says you have 14 days from when the product arrives. No one answers me for almost a week, I even follow up because I'm worried about meeting their time window. Even then they don't send me the return form and return address as their policy states they will. Instead they send me a multi paragraph email about how it's going to cost me about half the dress to ship it back to China or if I don't want to do that I can donate it to Godwill and they'll give me 70% back. Wtf? I have to ship to a foreign country at my own cost and they don't receive typical shipping vendors? Take it to Goodwill for some of my money back? Where was this in the return policy lol? Don't get your hopes up and keep looking for your special day dress with a company that makes you feel valued.

I knew it was a bit risky buying a dress from online, but I decided to take the plunge, seeing as I found a dress that I loved, and the reviews were great. Unfortunately, I was only looking at the reviews on their website, which I'm now convinced is a scam. I received the dress, and I don't want to knock it too much. It was alright, but merely alright, and nowhere near as pretty as in the pictures. It was also oddly heavy on top, plus some of the lace was snagged, but I'm not going to complain about that too much considering the price. The real trouble started when I decided to start a return. They are incredibly slow to respond. I have emailed them four times in the last week asking how to return the dress and have gotten only one response. In the response, they did not tell me how to return the dress. They simply asked if I would rather have a replacement in a different size since I had mentioned that I ordered a size too big (my fault, but if size had been the only issue, I could have dealt with it. It was not). They said that a replacement might be a better option, since I would have to pay $40-$70 for shipping to return the dress, but they could send a replacement and let me keep the original for only $80. Now to be clear, I was already expecting to have to pay for the return shipping, so not so angry about that, but on the other hand, if they can afford to send me an entirely new dress for only $80, why can't they afford to pay for the return shipping instead? More importantly, they have been so slow in their response, that I am convinced they are trying to stall for time to make me miss the fourteen-day return window. The only way to contact them is via email. I tried calling the one phone number they have listed on their website, and all I get is a busy signal. The chat option is simply an AI that is no help at all for return questions. This company feels very dishonest, and their products are mediocre at best. Stay far away from them.

I was sent a dress that was different than what I ordered. Cust service rep said I had to pay to return it or accept a partial refund. Now they've gone dark. Buyer beware! Do not spend a dime with this company. Google their parent company Meledo Company Ltd and you'll get the whole story. Wish I'd did that due diligence up front.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. First of all this company is in China. It takes forever for you to receive it. Next problem, if you need to request a return authorization, they are very, very slow to respond. I had to threaten to dispute the credit card charge in order for them to respond. The only way to communicate with them is through email. Also it would have cost $44.00 to return the dress AND they deduct $35.00 from your refund for the original cost to ship it to you. What a scam. The dress was $158.00 with free shipping. I would end up with a refund of $79.00. Ridiculous. OR I could have donated it to Good will, provided them with a receipt and they would have refunded me about $75.00. I thought I had done enough research on the return policy however I should have dug further. Please don't waste your time or money. Buy locally or at least in the US. One more note, the dress was JUNK! I didn't bother returning it. It was an expensive lesson.

I have never been so disappointed in a clothing company, no less a wedding dress company! This is a special day for women and you treat your customers like ATM machines. You neither advertise on the website the cost of international shipping nor do you clearly state that June Bridal does not cover shipping before someone makes a purchase. You do not provide a return label for customers to seamlessly return something that does not fit. You made me jump through hoops to get the return process going. On top of that, I had to pay $71 to return the dress that did not fit!

What a fraud. It's a disgrace you do not provide customer satisfaction--that you make the customer pay an overall $100 for shipping! The least you could do is pay for the shipping fee considering the amount of work I had to do on my end to get this dress successfully returned. June Bridal should not only reimburse me but pay for my shipping costs.

I have submitted three request starting one day after receipt of dress and have yet to get a response or receive the form but they have 100% of my money. I will never and would strongly recommend no one orders on line from them. Poorest customer service and false return policy statements I have ever seen!

Beautiful Dress

I ordered the A-line Square Cap Short Sleeve High-low Satin Wedding Dress with Bow and Ruffles in white. I ordered with my personal measurements and I ordered the petticoat. I was unsure when I ordered because the reviews were 50/50, but I am glad I did! I was on a budget and the dress I received was perfect! The dress fit me correctly in all areas. The dress looked exactly like the picture (droopy bow and all). The only thing that I'm getting altered/fixed is the bow. I didn't like how droopy the bow was. When the tailor saw my dress she was it was beautiful and asked what I wanted done because she didn't see anything wrong. I explained to her my only issue was the bow and she said she can fix that and steam/press my dress. When ordering from this site, I highly recommend getting your custom measurements, getting the petticoat (the garment that goes under the dress), and the garment bag. My fiance and I are eloping in Vegas and I am looking forward to wearing my dress in Vegas! I didn't think of taking pictures when I was in the tailor shop. If I can update I will update with pictures!

This is one of the situations that if I could get a 0 I totally would. I was sent a dress that does not match the description or the images. In the description it says it is going to have buttons on the back and it does not. The refund policy is absolutely ridiculous, I basically would have to pay the amount in shipping that I did for the dress.

Bad service

The dress was suppose to be ivory and it came bright white. With pointy book area. There excuse was there ivory is similar to white...what the! They said if I pay to return it then they will refund me minus the shipping amount...again what!
