Purchased a wedding dress for daughter in January. Received dress in early March. Dress did not fit so we wanted to return. That's when the first part of this scam business showed itself.
Return requires you to email your request to get approval and return info. At this time told we could only return via USPS, despite the fact that it came DHL. No returns via UPS or FedEx. Encouraged at this point to donate dress since return cost expensive. Returned via USPS to China. Tracked return and it arrived in Customs in about a month, then took 6 weeks to get to company.
Once there emailed about refund. Promised refund in May, numerous back and forth emails, no refund. Yesterday received email from June Bridal that they are now unable after 6 months to return funds. No dress and no money. Avoid doing business with June Bridal!
