Beware! It take FOREVER to get your order and the sizing is not right! What they have on the website is not for the different styles of shirts, the way it looks on the models isn't always accurate! I ordered a sweatshirt that's normal length on a model who they say is 5'8". I'm 5'6" and it's literally a crop top! I will never wear it. Online it says the length is 27". It's 20"! I like the tshirt I got and eventually got it handled. Still took a long time to get the order!
Fed-up w/Judith March I placed my order in October w/express shipping called multiple times in November finally got some of my order November 12th the remaining order is on hold waiting for letters? I called vm box is full and when I finally get thru they tell me the same thing waiting on letters? DO NOT order from this place I will never order again
Unfortunately I did not google reviews when I decided to make a significant purchase from this company. Most pullovers are 2 sizes too big. I recieved an incorrect item I did not order. I recieved a duplicate item & a few items which just didnt fit. I wrote the company, sent email, messages on instagram & their text #, & recieved zero response. Then when I looked up their return policy... well lets just say they basically make so many rules, you will next to never qualify for a return. If it has patches on it (not even customized) or you use any discount code (welcome or otherwise) you are stuck with your items. I literally ordered like 20 items over $2k & am now stuck with the majority which are not true to size. Most oversized & a few too small. Their sizing is not consistent! I feel sorry for all the people getting caught in the 50% black friday sale & hope they get what they ordered & size correct. The fact you cant exchange even, for correct sizes, I will NEVER buy from this company again. They dont care about getting return customers nor their reputation clearly, only making the initial sale.
Horrible horrible company. Do not buy from them. Their clothes are WAY too over priced and once you wear them once they have little balls of wear and tear on them. Such cheap stuff for a very expensive price. Will never buy from them again.
I ordered a baseball hat over a month ago. I have emailed a hand full of times. They finally responded saying that they had been busy and the hat was in production. Then after still a couple of weeks, they emailed me and said they didn't have the product to even finish the hat, after they had responded and said they were just busy in production. Now that I have asked for a refund NOTHING. I will not be ordering or telling anyone anything good about this company.
I ordered a custom large "weekender" type bag for my niece for graduation. I will say the bag arrived in a timely manner considering it is custom. However, the bag does not come with a strap and the listing does not indicate anywhere that straps are sold separately. There are a ton of options for add-ons; you can add tassels, letters, emojis, but a strap is not one. So I ordered a large bag that is not functional whatsoever because it cannot be carried without a strap. And the straps are $24! I messaged customer service and they confirmed the straps are sold separately but failed to respond beyond that. I have heard customer service is awful at Judith March and my experience confirmed that. Will not be a returning customer and will be warning my friends and colleagues.
Bought a sweatshirt with hotfix lightning bolt that fell off 2nd time worn and the varsity style letters are peeling. It has not been washed yet, just shotty workmanship and their prices are much too high for this junk!
Took OVER a month for my order to come in! I had sent emails 3 different times trying to get it before Christmas! Still got here a week later! If you can't get a product to someone in a month YOU SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS! Very unhappy!
Purchased a top for Christmas paying $15 for standard shipping which is CRAZY! The top arrived damaged, so I returned it the very next day. Was charged just over $5 for return shipping (how is that possible when I paid $15 to get it here?). They not only charged me shipping to return a top that arrived damaged, but did not refund my original shipping charges. That's just not right. I didn't return it because it didn't fit or because I didn't like it, I returned it because it was made poorly and the letters were bent and missing rhinestones. I should not have lost a dime on this order, but somehow am now out $20. Will never shop there again.
I have been emailing, calling and texting. Nobody responds, the voicemail is always full. I've asked for a refund multiple times and they fail to acknowledge it. Totally a scam company. I've escalated it thru PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs!
