Over priced. They make returns hard and only give in store credit. I returned order in May still haven't gotten credit. It is now July.
BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! MANY OTHER REVIEWS VALIDATE THIS COMPANY IS SKETCHY & SLIMY. STAY AWAY. I purchased a holiday sweater on November 10,2023. On the date it was delivered to me, November 22, I checked the mail, opened the box, and realized the sweater was too large/boxy (and UGLY) and would not properly fit me. THAT DAY, November 22,2023, I immediately went online to initiate an exchange/return. I was told I could ONLY return the item for store credit. I asked the merchant to initiate the return/exchange for store credit, and a Judith March customer rep sent me an email link to return the sweater THAT WOULD REQUIRE ME TO COVER $12.00 IN SHIPPING COSTS. I politely asked that the $12.00 shipping cost be waived SINCE I WAS ALREADY STUCK WITH THE $129.50 THAT I HAD PAID with NO RESPONSE FROM THE MERCHANT. I continued to email Judith March several more times over the next few weeks with no response. I SPECIFICALLY VOICED MY CONCERN THAT I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN FOR HOLIDAY AND NEEDED THE SWEATER TO BE RETURNED ASAP - NO RESPONSE. I emailed JUDITH MARCH over 15 times asking how I could return/exchange the sweater and it was not until FEBRUARY that I finally received an email stating that I was outside the 15 DAY WINDOW and CANNOT GET ANY TYPE OF REFUND/EXCHANGE. NEXT, they only offered to refund me $112.50 INSTEAD OF THE FULL $127.50. THEN, I went straight to my bank to dispute the charge since Judith March SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50. Judith March ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK stating that 1. I bought the item IN PERSON (FALSE, I bought the item online) 2. They claimed to have told me the return policy before I bought the item (FALSE, no one told me about the return policy). JUDITH MARCH SCAMMED ME OUT OF $129.50 AND AVOIDED MY EMAILS UNTIL AFTER I WAS OUTSIDE THE 15 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE WINDOW - THEY ALSO SUBMITTED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO MY BANK ABOUT MY DISPUTE OF THE CHARGE AFTER SCAMMING ME. I WILL BE REPORTING Judith March TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I bought a mystery box size S. They sent me an item that was a size M. Even thought it is their mistake, they will not take it back. I am a perfect size S. Their size small I more of a large. So, basically, I spent over $200 for a box that will be thrown away.
Shipping is the worst along with customer service. I don't understand how they are allowed to still be in business. Buyer beware. Cute clothes quality is not good for what you pay and don't be in any rush to wear something. Will never purchase again from here!
Ordered on 11/24. Items didn't arrive until 12/20. The "patch" on the sweater is only half attached. I guess that was the real discount. Can't return for refund - can only exchange or get store credit. Why would I ever want to do business with this merchant again? I ordered a birthday girl shirt and it took so long we missed her birthday. Also ordered the Santa Lounge set (the one with the green sweater and shorts with stars and the santa appliques). The Santa is barely hanging on to the sweater top. Ordered for a cruise that we just got back from on 12/18. The Shipping label was "printed" on 12/4, so I had hopes it would get here in time, but no luck. The clothing quality that they're putting the letters and patches on isn't great considering the price they're charging for these items.
Do not buy anything from here! The company can't seem to get it together to ship anything but certainly takes your money. Customer service is non-responsive.
I bought a Halloween pullover in 2022 and it was so great! This year, I ordered a Christmas nutcracker pullover and the quality is so horrible now. They advertise it as their "new lightweight" pullovers, but really it's just cheaper material. So disappointed. Should have read these reviews first.
I placed a very large, very expensive order from this company. The clothes are cute but way over priced.
I purchased several medium skirts and all of them fit perfectly, except one. It's HUGE. So I am pretty sure that I was sent a large. I tried contacting customer service both via email and on Instagram several times, and NO ONE has responded to my many messages. So I guess I am stuck with an $80+ skirt that doesn't fit.
I can't talk about the quality yet, though I am very nervous to wash these items, they seem like they will fall apart. I think I may take them to the dry cleaners, so be aware that not just buying these clothes will cost you but so will owning them.
So, I really can not recommend this company to anyone.
I did get a few cute tops, but I would say they were beyond overpriced. I tried to return another item that was missing an essential part, and they refused to accept the return. Most items are final sale and nearly impossible to return, so I wouldn't recommend risking hundreds of dollars on a purchase! Also took over a month to arrive.
I have reached out to their customer service email three times and it has been over a week and nobody has gotten back to me regarding a $160 top I purchased that is WAY too big! I want to return the top but on their website it doesn't give any return information! They have terrible customer service and for their prices to be outrageously expensive they should get back to their customers! Will NEVER buy from them again!
Purchase a top from them last week. It had the fringe on it. It had a large flag on front. Looks like it was pressed on. Super HEAVY! Pulled the top down and because it was one size fits all, it was very hard to keep the neck up. AWFUL. One and done purchase with this company. Most wasted $200 I've ever spent.
I ordered several items from Judith March for Christmas and had received some also as gifts. My sweater and shorts had patches that I assumed were glued and sewed on. After one washing on delicate the patches fell off and I discovered they were only lightly glued on. Also all of my items were late getting to me and didn't make it in time for Christmas. I am beyond disappointed in this company. Although their items are cute they fall apart as soon as you get them and are not worth the cost they charge at all. I will never order from Judith March again.
I ordered three "hockey mom" sweatshirts in black. It did take longer than expected to receive but only because they were out of the black sweatshirt. I received multiple personal text messages on how they could help and if they could change the color to receive our order faster. Once they received the black sweatshirt we had our order within a week. Let me tell you it was worth the wait. Quality is amazing and they're SO cute. Judith March is the reason to shop SMALL. Quality and customer service was unmatched.
I was pleased with my experience with Judith March they really have the best customer service however I got the sweatshirt with the black Friday half off sale it was still $65 it was my daughters gift from Santa she's only worn it once because of the patches are already coming off very bad! I'm really disappointed in the quality of that I don't even like her wearing it because I don't want the patches to come off even more
I ordered an item and it came damaged. I tried reaching out to their customer service team 3 times to assist in sending me a new product and I received no response. I tried reaching out to them via Instagram and received unhelpful/strange responses as if the responses were coming from a 10 year old. I would NOT recommend shopping with Judith March. I should have read the reviews before I spent money on their products.
Don't order these overpriced items from this incredibly rude company. It took 6 weeks to receive my order (ordered for Christmas) and when I reached out for an update (3 different times) I was ignored every single time.
Now I have:
Overpaid
Didn't have my Christmas gifts in time
And am in a bad mood over bad customer service lol
Shop on Etsy instead!
I placed an order for an Ash Gray custom shirt with WKU and stars between them letters. Received a baby blue shirt with no stars. I have texted emailed and called everyday for almost a week now and NOTHING. Needless to say this was not a cheap shirt.
I ordered Christmas sweaters that were guaranteed to be here and still aren't. Extremely disappointed and no response from them. Please don't waste your time ordering from them.
Ordered a christmas gift on 12-4. Two weeks later I haven't gotten a shipping notice and their customer service won't respond via email or messenger. Dozens of people have posted on their facebook page about orders that are more than a month old and still haven't shipped.
Do no order from this place. It takes forever to receive your merchandise and they will not communicate with you at all! It says it takes up to 3 weeks for a custom order…everything is custom even if you didn't customize it or click the custom button. Still have yet to receive my items. Would not give them any stars but can't post without at least one star.
