Ordered and received three items from John Hardy, all looked brand new except the "limited" edition bracelet. When I returned it, they claimed it had looked worn and would only give me store credit, however I received it in the condition it was returned. In fact, I called the day I received my order to find out how to return the already worn looking item. After several emails and calls they agreed to refund my money on the bracelet, it has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the refund to my credit card.
Delivery was bad
They said they would deliver at certain time window and never did.
I had to go pick up package.

My comfort level as a first-time shopper with J.R. Dunn would have increased with more direct telephone conversations. Email was the primary source of communication and it took me additional time to make the decision to buy online with you.
Some where you need to make it optional to require a signature to receive your items. I never require a signature on something worth a few hundred dollars. And would like ability to opt out of this requirement based on my needs.
Customer service was very helpful and responsive and I liked the text messaging service. They gave me a coupon code and kept me updated on the status of my order. My only complaint is that the packaging was taken from another watch because I could see the band imprints from a different watch, that's not a huge deal but it was a bit off putting. Overall I will be purchasing from J.R. Dunn again in the future.
