I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and professionalism with J.R. Dunn. My order was not in stock, therefore had to be special ordered from the vendor and J.R. Dunn was in constant contact with my throughout the entire order experience. Superb customer service!

Overall great job. Only negative was when using holiday bonus gift cards the website would not accept which took me awhile to figure that out. Should have stated on the cards to call to use.

My overall experience was exceptional. Shortly after purchase, I was contacted by JR Dunn customer service rep, Steve Pryor for specifics on how I wanted the package wrapped, and a specific date for delivery so the the gift recipient wouldn't spoil her surprise by intercepting the delivery. It worked out perfectly and I was really impressed with JR Dunn's level of customer care. I'll be shopping here frequently. Thanks!
