Btw, when the Bling10 coupon code didnt work, and then the text thing for a new code worked for a sec but then stopped, so I called the main number and Steve was very nice and gave me a code that worked so I could order my watch. Thank you

Repeat customer. I appreciate your customer service and the positive experiences I've had with past transactions. On this order I was informed that there would be several weeks before the order could be filled but it ended up being only a few days, which I was very pleased over.
Very simple and hassle free
I ordered a men's g shock watch which says it ships in 24 hours, I get an email saying it's not even In your show room! Don't advertise something you don't have! Second, you order it from someone else for me which is fine, but I never received anything about it's shipping progress or if it's even been processed! I ordered August 24 it's now Sept 13 with no word on ANYTHING. I email saying if u haven't heard anything by now I'd just like my money back. Before the rep even waits for a response back from me to confirm she cancels my order and says I'll have to reorder! I've never had a worse experience than I have with jr Dunn! I will never do buisness with them again.
I have called repeatedly on the service phone line and the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message and no one answers. I have received a response from Cheryl P who says she sent me a RMA # and and return label and to check my emails for Sept 6. I did this in both emails in Junk, trash and regular. No return label no RMA # after 2 other emails I have received an RMA # with a message that I would be sent a return label in a few seconds. That was 7 am this morning and it is now after 5 pm. No return label. It s very frustrating for me and high labor on my part. Not to be recommended. The shipment out to me was beautiful. The return process absolutely sucks.
Great place to shop!
It was difficult to use the site over mobile and had to switch to computer. Could not get the 10% discount which would have helped with shipping. Don't offer discounts if they are not easy to attain. I do see Tacori items that aren't easy to find online in your shop, so thank you for that. Wife loves the gift.
